That's theft/misappropriation of funds. I'd be damned if I let it go, you're going to give me back my 2500$ or all hell will break loose. I have no sympathy for dishonest, malicious people. All the snake of a best man had to do was be honest and let the wife know about his situation, instead he went behind her back and even plotted with the vendors to falsify invoices. He knew he was wrong.

Exactly, I feel that all he had to do was ask the lady if he could keep that money extra money because he’s struggling to afford the trip or borrow it & she probably would have agreed! I think she was right to kick him out the wedding but to ban her husband from seeing his friend was unnecessary.
She approved the money to be used for the bachelor party and it was not. He used it to pay his way that is WRONG and if she wants to call it stealing it is! And he knows he was wrong because he constantly withheld the invoices.. case closed 👩🏽⚖️

That IS stealing!!!! She didn’t tell him he could keep any that was leftover. He should have given the rest back to her. Instead, he was making side deals and lining pockets with money that wasn’t his.

Laughing my ass off yall saying he told the husband the truth is exactly why he told him. Why lie to someone you know isnt going to do anything. He told that man yeah i skimmed 2500 off of your wedding funds and lied about it until it was too late for anyone to stop me, like it was nothing and yall are giving him props for it. He called him a bitch to his face basically.
Personally i dont believe she over reacted at all. That man helped himself to there funds it doesnt matter what was accomplished he had no business keeping that money. I also feel it does say something about their relationship or really, just her husband. To let the theft just fly over his head he has to be a real door mat no way youre still friends with a man like that. He wouldnt be my husband because he sets the boundaries in his friend ships and he obviously isnt great at that

I don’t agree with you guys, and for you guys to tell her it’s not right to tell her what she could have done with that money is not nice. And it’s like you guys are minimizing the amount which is not right. But you know what everyone is entitled to their opinion. And what he did is absolutely stealing.
