Amazing that just 2 yrs ago you showcased a 2500sqft penthouse 2 bedroom/2 bath luxury appointed prestigious unit for $1.2M. That these micro units are now $350k is depressing.

Bridgeland is the hood, lol. Right near the di, calgary's largest homeless shelter.
What?! Not at all. It's a hip urban community north of the Bow River and downtown, and on the other side of the river from the area's you're talking about. Like all urban areas, you'll get a blend of new development, and older homes/buildings, and a diversity in the population - but that's what gives the area its charm. It's quite different from other communities downtown.
Bridgeland is such a great community,with so many great people. and families.....the DI..which is actually DIC. is far enough away.. if you actually look at the geography of the area, you would see it is not near..it is for some..''a BRIDGE to far.'' But for the wise..Bridgeland is home.
