I actually never heard/seen such a thing on the grounds of an apartment/condo building. For a one bedroom it was nicely done. I might redo the kitchen counters and replace the stove/oven, but that's about it in there. I didn't notice any signs of central air so .....? Is parking assigned or titled? Nice prefer south east exposure and air conditioning and 3rd floor and up but nice
