you forgot to mention all the never ending repairs to the building du to the pour build
Hey @Eric! All condo buildings have repairs to make, most are scheduled in the reserve fund study and of course there are the repairs that are unexpected. One must do their due diligence with the condo documents and decide if it fits within their comfort level 😆

Condo fees usually include: All utilities except of electricity (though sometimes they are included), contributions to the reserve fund, insurance for the building (but you still need your own), snow removal and landscaping, and exterior maintenance to name a few! Hope that helps!

Most older condos don't have gas stoves, its only the newer ones that do 😉
