i wish people would get that the lyrics aren’t lost because of the harsher music, but the harshness is a reflection of the emotion and meaning behind the lyrics. obviously the sound isn’t for everyone, i get that, but it’s a lot more powerful than whatever basic pop song they were imagining, especially with the obvious depth of the lyrics.

I really love the woman in red, although it seems like it probably isn't something she'd listen to she does seem to have a lot of respect for MCR and understand where they're coming from.
I love how they are all like: "Too loud, too punkish, too much." While I literally fall asleep to MCR, because it calms down my anxiety so much it's like free therapy XD
I liked that they enjoyed reading and understanding the lyrics but I think that Gerard's interpretation of his lyrics and how they should be composed into the songs with the fast pace is perfect. I mean, yeah, I didn't expect them to just love the music immediately but it's the kind of thing where they've definitely not gotten a chance to be well acquainted with the band; a prime example being 8:20. My Chem is a music for the generations and it's stuff that's intense and wild because that's it's intent and purpose. The goal isn't for it to be something you just lay around and think about it's supposed to get you thinking, moving, breaking through. The head banging and the loud instruments are on purpose and by choice. they have more melodic songs that are slower and more lyric based but thats the sense of their earlier works.
Listen, I respect the opinions displayed but saying they should change their music to fit what you define as music isnt okay. This music resonated with an entire generation. Elivis was different and controversial and celebrated rebellion for people if this generation and MCR was this way for people of my age. You know? Amazing video loves these.

I personally don't like some MCR songs solely because of the melody and production but still like the lyrics and think they sound beautiful. I know it's not even somebody singing these lyrics. The people are just reading them out, but there's something in these words that really touch the heart. It's been 3 minutes into the video and though the lines are only being spoken, I can't stop getting the shivers. But then maybe it's the fact that they are being spoken that really let the message sink in deep but it just made emotional.

Danger Days is strongly more critic than an poetical album. It has lots of irony and Sarcasm, lots of lyrical selfs and personality images and references and also fits perfectly to the universe that was created do exemplifying this... Kinda kidding with the dumb world human tragedy, all the songs are hype but the lyrics are a punch in the face not too easy to understand. U can listen it poppy and happy or get a little closer and find society flaws on it. Perfect. They're Awesome artists, not just musicians but world builders and good persons.
