    Just completed 😮 definitely one of the most challenging ones omgggg ‼️ I almost quit a few times, but I pushed thru, even if some of my moves weren't as smooth. Feel the burn and the sweat pour like rain 😭 thank you once again 🙏🏾 ‼️💜

      1. Stay away from sugar 🍰🍫🍦🍭

      Hello, SHVETA TYAGI! Ideally you will see results in 2 weeks but that really depends on your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. With continuous exercise, you can make good progress if you work out everyday with specific exercises. And this is what today's workout is meant to do for you! It's nice to see you here again checking other workouts as advised previously working out during your period is a good thing, because exercise helps relieve period-related annoyingness like anxiety, fatigue, and headaches.
