The romper is great. It has a lovely vintage feel and you really made the most of a gorgeous border print. Candace's loss; your gain.
Love, love, love the romper and your creative use of the border print. Candice looses. 😂
Everything else is as usual, delightful. Thanks for sharing.
I love the romper too! I too, like how she used the border print. Gives me some new ideas~
The romper is definitely an A+
❤
Who cares about your technology skills or equipment, look what you can sew and the majority of the world can not! I would rather have your skills any day! Good for you!
Everything you make looks great on you Viv!!! 😻
I just love the fabric for the Burda dress !!
I am glad I remembered to check back to your channel, you always inspire me to start sewing again! I just love your fashion show, it really helps to see what the finished project will look like opposed to the pattern pictures.
Viv, with those incredible gams, you should wear shorts all the time. All the makes we’re great, thanks.
Awww! So sweet, thanks Aribella!
Your cream short/white top combo is really on trend! The teal chartreuse dress...so great!
That teal and chartreuse dress, fabulous! Great pattern placement with the romper too.
Absolutely beautiful makes as always 😍oh how I love this mini runway shows🥰
Not a stitch of sewing 🧵 but next week I am strapping my self to my machine 😂 beach themed pj shorts for me and my grandkiddos!!! And great words of encouragement…I needed to hear that today 💕
You look absolutely lovely. Watching your videos makes me want to sew clothes again but then I remember how round I am and I just crawl back under my rock.
Don’t crawl under your rock, Ananie! That would make me sad. If you’re feeling inspired, why not sew a simple dress or caftan pattern to wear on the patio or balcony after a long day? No fussy fitting required, and you could choose fabric that you love. And you know what? If you don’t want to sew anything, I’m still glad you’re here!💕
Thank you for your kind words! I think I might do that.
I just LOVE the teal and pink fabric. The shorts remind me of shorts my mother used to make us when I was a teen. Nice fix with the sleevils. You'd never guess the sleeves stuck out. I seriously need to pick up my speed. I have some lovely summer weight fabric, and I NEEEEEDD some summer clothes. Love these outfits.
The white shorts and Burda dress look great!
Hi Viv! Everything was lovely, but that last dress was just stunning!
Beautiful, I like the shorts and dark blouse
Oh, my! I love the ITY and voile tops. Absolutely gorgeous!
Love all your pattern-fabric combinations! This is where I get into trouble! Not as good at this as you are, so I love seeing what you put together.
also, it doesn't hurt to have your fabulous figure!!
Viv mom, you’re awesome! Wonderful fabrics and pattern choices!!! Appreciate the sewing tips!!!
Beautiful finishes for this month. Love the way you used the border fabric!!!❤️👍
I just discovered your videos today. I really enjoy the way you show the patterns you've made during the month. It's goodto see the way the garments actually look when they are sewn. Very enjoyable videos.
Thanks Mary Jane!😃
When you first put on the gray pants, I thought, hm maybe not but when you paired it with the pink top oh so cute.
The Romper killed ME!!!! I LOVE IT!!!
Blue top is my style ... And the first sporty outfits look so good on your body...!!!!
It doesn't matter if you have it in your kitchen the sewing room outside wherever everything always looks awesome.
A straw purse or straw hat would look so cute with your last dress. Lovely
Always love your makes. If you use fabric that mimics your skin tone for the front pocket piece, the pockets will "disappear".
That "mechanic jumpsuit" - boy, sure doesn't look like that on you! The border print is adorable! Love that last dress too, it looks like an Ankara print. So breezy - I think I need one too -
A beautiful smile and beautiful handmades 😁❤️
The last burda dress , maxi, was such a cool and comfortable look.
Great dress. Once again you have chosen the perfect fabric for your project. That dress looks super comfortable and stylish at the same time.
All your makes were super! Loved the lavender print top with shorts- so fresh! I enjoy that you like to sew dresses for summer, so very feminine!
Wow Viv you have been really busy. I love all your makes and the fabrics. That last dress fabric is stunning. I love the colors in the fabric. Thank you for sharing.
How pretty 8907. Love the patter style and the fabric. Is beautiful.
We are now in September and I was hoping to see one of your fabulous videos. I miss all of your great inspiring makes. Hope to see you soon.
You are SEW ENCOURAGING, thank you! Love the makes! Blessings!
I love that first dress in the opening. ❤️
Love your styles Vivmom
everything is so cute. You have a great eye for pairing material with a pattern and that romper my goodness was so cute, and the placement of that border was perfect.
Love your last dress and fabric, you have been busy.
Phenomenal makes! I did your "romper" pattern but in the dress and I LOVE that pattern. LOVE your button up top in the cotton voile--now THAT suits you to a T! My June makes? Three tops, a skirt and pants. Thanks for your inspirations--its always very fun to see how you paired pattern with fabric. THAT is a true talent!
Oh inspire me! Working on summer clothes for youngest daughter. Love the ones you made!
Such cute clothes! The yellow and green dress is fabulous.
Late to this viewing. Love all your makes. So wish I could wear shorts but my legs are not in any way shorts-worthy! You look adorable in everything. :)
I love all three shirts with your shorts. Makes adorable outfits!
All your makes are purrrrect! The pink one with the peplum looks especialy good on you. And the 'show stopper" at the end is just the "cat's meow"! It looks dramatic and stylish. I'd never thought of making a dress with a big pattern like that but I just love it! Its not too much drama, just enough to look stylish, purr-fecto! Sorry for the Virginia heat, I'm in Connecticut and its like we got cheated out of summer. I think the person in charge of the heat made a mistake. Carry - on. l o l
I have never noticed anything wrong with your UA-cams…it’s all about the content which is extremely entertaining and the personality - adorable! Keep up the good work ❤️
wow! So many beautiful makes- I think the green romper is my favorite... so cute! Thanks for sharing, Vivmom- happy 4th!
Love the whit shorts, with the pink top; and especially your last 👗. That dress was great, and it looked beautiful on you.
As always you look great in everything you make. That 2nd top though fit you to a t! If I ever got a pattern to fit me that well, I'd have a dozen made from the same pattern!
Love everything you show but the teal top was very pretty...
Wow! Great makes. Love that Burda dress.
Love all your June makes! I made a skirt using a free pattern from Mood. First time I ever put in and invisible zipper. I really like how it turned out.
Another great garment show, Viv! I’ve been sewing little dresses for Dress a girl Around the World and using up tons of scraps and quilting fabrics in my stash. It’s so satisfying to use up pieces and know it’s all for a great cause. So far I have 50 plus done and taking a break to sew my granddaughter the Hope Dress by Violet Fields pattern co. I sewed a bunch of those several years ago when they sent them to Guatemala. I’ll never live long enough to use up my fabrics for just myself!
Love your makes this month! The romper looks AMAZING on you and the maxi dress is stunning. The white outfit was so cute!
I LOVE the portrait mode for your garment reveals. It keeps the focus on you and shows us the most we can see anyway. Keep it up. It's a-okay in my opinion. :-)
I totally agree. What more do you need for a fashion show from head to toe! I told Viv to QUIT worrying about that.
Thank you gals - you’ve reassured me. I just don’t have any good editing capabilities with the app I use for pausing between outfit changes. I am hopelessly clunky, and owe all my encouragement to my viewers.❤️
All those 10 were winners. Especially liked the white shorts with the button up shirt, but everything was great.
The dress is my favorite
I always luv what you make. That green print romper was adorable. The last dress was fabuloso!!! Keep on sewing.
Omg!!! Pink and gray outfit!!!!❤
I am so glad I found your channel. I never mastered sewing but have always wanted to learn. You look so cute in all the outfits you showed. I used to collect pattern books they used in sewing stores. I gave all them away, and now they are selling for a good prince on Ebay. Wish I had saved my pattern books. I would love to see how you make your outfits, like teaching videos. Did you ever live in Colorado. You remind me of a sweet young lady I knew years ago. She married and I never learned her last name. She was an expert seamstress, God Bless. Thanks so much for the videos.
Hi Donna, welcome! I’ve been a lifelong Virginia resident.
Love every thing you made. It’s nice seeing you happy and smiling .
Love the Burda dress
I love all of your makes as usual. Those shorts came out so well. I love that romper on you, as well as the button down shirt. I'm always so fascinated by your fabric choices. Looking forward to your next video!
Here's the thing IMHO! The way you model your makes in the vertical view makes the video all about the clothes. Who needs to see furniture and walls? Your makes are great -- as always. AND, if you didn't tell someone you are an inverted triangle, they would never guess it in the styles you make. The A-line. The peplum. I think I'm a block now, so I can just wear anything that reaches around. LOL.
Thanks Viv for you June makes. Dont worry about how you film, it is enough, nothing fancy is needed. It is all about the sewing and your wonderful makes. Your final dress is the best. Love the style and the fabric, you look wonderful in this dress😊
Love the last dress and the little play suit. You've brought the summer vibe to us all. Great collection as always ❤🌿🌸
That romper is just adorable!🥰
Just like your last commentor, loved the romper (you look wonderful in it). Also I loved the long dress. Very beautiful fabric.
The romper out fit is so very cute cute cute and the color looks wonderful with your ,nice tan,!!!!☺️☺️☺️👌👌👌
Loved so many of them! The last one was a knockout! Just wonderful. Think I would like 10of those too!
Love those shorts , and you're so lucky, the tan you have makes everything look so fresh. I've just finished my first ever jumpsuit, something I've not worn since the 80s, I was a bit self conscious wearing it, but you know what ? Who cares, its so freaking comfortable???? I felt like I was wearing my PJ'S!!! So, yep, I've another one on the cutting table. Stepping out if my comfort zone and loving it. Cheers for the inspiration Viv. Sending love ❤️ 😍 💖
I loved ALL of your outfits. You are so beautiful and have such a perfect figure- you make everything look good.
The cotton voile shirt with the white shorts was a fabulous outfit. Everything was cute, but that was the perfect outfit.
You really came back with a bang! Those shorts are so versatile. The last dress was a stunner! Just bought a rereleased 60’s dress pattern and thought of you. Bias binding comes to the rescue once again!
I really love your choice of fabrics with these patterns. Fabric Mart carries great cotton prints.
Hello!
Love all your new clothes! But, I love the last one the most… beautiful Burda dress!
Everything is Beautiful! Thank you!😀😀😀
That teal and pink/red flowers jumper is super cute. Nice job.
Love all of your June makes. I think this is the first time I have really liked every single piece. Your use of the border print on that romper was amazing. I think the print is a little young for women of our age, but it is really a brilliant make. I am currently making a dress for my German exchange daughter who is visiting for a few weeks. She has an Instagram post she wanted to copy. It’s actually going amazingly well.
I love the print voile shirt. The fit is perfect. The romper is really cute as well.
Hi. Hello. Howdy. From hot Texas. Adorable fabrics. You did a great job. Please keep it up.
Also I think the last dress , the big bold fabric, was absolutely fabulous!!
Love all your makes especially the white shorts and colourful tops 💕
Love love the cotton voile shirt. Tickles my fancy. Very nice Viv.
Omg that green and pink romper is sooooo cute. Well done on the sleeve fix. Stay cool Viv.
Viv, you made some gorgeous……outfits again and your fabrics are to die for. The romper suit fabric is used in a superb way to show it off and the last long Burda dress , the style suits the large print fabric so well…..!! And…love Joy’s earrings too. Look forward to next month sewing, I want to make summer dresses too. Hi from a very cold Melbourne, Australia. 💐
Viv, absolutely love, love, love ALL of your outfits!!!!🤗
I’m so happy you’re back with your monthly makes you inspire me so much and make me feel that I can do it too! Keep up your beautiful work
Everything looks great! I think I like the romper the best. Not sure why, maybe it’s because I think the fabric is absolutely gorgeous. I like how you did the main flower design down the center back and front, but put it on the bottom of the shorts. It just look so cute and it looks great on you. Fantastic job as always, Viv! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you Viv, fantastic inspiration for summer - love the A line dress and the shorts, love the printed shirt, in truth I love it all - as usual. We have similar summers "down under " long and warm, linen is a super fabric and my "go to" for summertime clothes as well.
Cheers from Sydney.
I loved everything! The short outfits were really cute! I just started sewing again after having two hip surgeries, I really missed it! Watching you has been an inspiration to me! Thank you!🙂
Beautiful makes! Love everything, but especially that romper. So cute, the way you did the border. I have the pattern, but hadn't seen it made up. Thanks for sharing.🤩
You are so cute and sweet in everything you make. Thanks for the inspiration.
I love them all . Especially the last one,
I love all of your makes. I especially like the shorts outfit out of the fabric your bought for Candace.
Love your June makes Viv you are sew talented at colour matching and pattern matching as well. My favourites is the Romper… wow 🤩 and the shorts are very smart and versatile👏👏👏
Don’t worry about your filming on a phone. I think many of us can relate to being techno shy 🙈…the point is you showcase the garments really well.
Win win xx
Thanks Julie, you’re a sweetheart!
@@vivmomsews4962 takes one to know one xxx
Viv....all beautiful makes!
Loved everything except the gray pants. They need something... Sequins? Joking, of course. You look gorgeous in shorts and a tan (not joking.) PS LOVED the yellow A-line at the end.
You look like you have lost weight and look great in all the makes!
The sleeveless blouse is stunning and the romper is absolutely adorable!
I always look forward to your makes blog!
Happy July!
Bless you, Karen! I think most women love to hear that it looks like they’ve lost weight😄
I especially like the border print outfit and your shorts were really nice, like the fit.
Love the last burda dress pattern and the bold print✂️🌻
Ready to watch Wimbledon in you mono outfit! Pink & gray is my fave outfit. Burda dress is awesome though. Great makes!
