This image that you purchased, I noticed that because of the size, Design Space automatically said you need to use the larger mat (12x24). When I try to resize my image, DS just says it’s too big and won’t let me go any further. How do I fix that?
Svg images can go as large as your mat but the print in cut the size limit is 9.25

1. did you click on image and then tried to ungroup?
2. What size you trying to make them?
3. What image are you using?
4. Is the image svg or print n cut?
5. Is the image from design space or a seller outside design space?

Would not let me do svg it's only png print and cut
Thelma Smith you cannot ungroup a png/jpeg image unless you convert that image to an svg first then upload it to design space.
Or you can use the contour technique on design space.
You can size the print n cut image 11x21 but you would have to slice in different sections to fit the allowable size which is 6.75x9.25
