What M G Sreekumar is saying is true only. M G is a versatile singer and legend. Venugopal cannot sing like M G. Venu has some limitations, he cant excel in Classic or Semi classic or fast song. But M G sir can do anythng, we all know that. Listen to M G's songs, even our new generation cannot touch his range with that much clarity. Of-course Veugopal is good singer.

We obliged to Lalettan for not getting influenced by this guy when it comes to music.. All pranavam arts movie songs are sung by Yesudas.. Otherwise we would have lost many immortal songs like Pranadavanam, Ramakadha, etc.. Pranayavasantam song had he sung in 1982 I can't imagine.. His voice was very amature in early 80s.. Listen to the songs he sung in Priyadarshan movies in 80s..
