Amazing video! Thank you for sharing. I did have one question with respect to the retraction of the reverse thrusters, I was always told that it needed to be done at 60 Kt, however, this video shows that it was done around 30 kt. Is this AF SOP? or is my information all wrong?
Idle reverse is set at 60knots, then the complete back to fully idle is set when the engine reach sufficient low thrust such as 20 percents

This might be super technical, but how does the aircraft know to put the reverers idle at 60 Kts till the flight crew physically move the handle once sufficient low thrust is achieved? Is this something that is in the design of the aircraft?

I thought that was just for idle reverse and then closing is at about 40knots

Depends on what video editor is being used. If it's Adobe Premiere Pro, then the graphics were probably done in After Effects to get the fixed anchor point. Search for 'call out titles' and you'll find lots of tutorials on line and templates available for download.

It's interesting that a French speaking airline (presumably Air France) was flying a Boeing bird. I also noticed in passing that the co-pilot (landing) really relied on the ILS indicator on the approach altho it was ostensibly VFR. Whatever, the flare was good.

@@laurentbeaujour9528 Se sont les différentes catégories d'approche ILS. Chaque catégorie correspond à des minimas spécifiques sur la portée visuel de la piste et la hauteur de décision.

@@JustMualani je sais pas si on peu appeler ça des niveaux mais chaque catégories correspond à une portée visuelle minimal et une hauteur de décision spécifique. La catégorie dans laquelle tu sera dépendra de l’équipements de l’avion, de l’aéroport et de la formation des pilotes notamment la CATIII C qui doit être faite obligatoirement en Autoland (au pilote automatique) car visibilité pratiquement nul. A savoir qu’aujourd’hui la plus part des avions de ligne sont équipés de l’autoland et les pilotes formés à ce type d’atterrissage.

Today is Dec 21st. At 2:57, the aircraft was just about to fly over a patch of red- they are ripe cranberries ready to be harvested (they're floating on water). I drove past cranberry fields just a few kilometres away from this field about 2 weeks ago. So sometime in the last month, I'd say. :-)
