That 30% drop off was the difference between holding the handle tight gripped and stiff arm apposed to limp wrist and bent arm. Obviously the weight in the muzzle has a similar effect, just not as drastic as the "limp wrist.bent arm."
@@damiencollins8124 The muzzle is bigger, as well as the hardware. The bearings do play a part but the 8mm s/s shaft along with the 2 s/s side plates add enough weight. Unfortunately, too much weight for the shorter rollers. We are slowly changing to a 6mm s/s shaft that has helped.
Hi, we use 3 sizes, the largest is around 40 grams. We fit the large to long guns, the medium size to medium size guns ans the smallest to shorter guns. The very short do not have any lead as they will sink. It will make the gun too expensive if we custom balance each carbon as we do with the Timberline gun so, if you want a gun fully balanced we do this with the Timberline guns.
Great video. Thanks for sharing😊🤿
Great as always, thank you very much sir Alen. The hint about the 30% drop of efficiency makes so much sense! Thanks a lot

Very interesting results. Would be good to see this test on a roller muzzle as well
Not possible because we don't fit weights in roller muzzles.
@@RobAllenSpearfishinghow come you dont ballast your rollers? The ceramic bearings add enough weight already?

Wow
How many grams of lead do you add to the weighted muzzle ?
Does it depend on anything like riffle length, etc. ?
