I made this shawl with Joanns big twist twinkle (grey with silver threads) as a birthday gift for a dear friend. The yarn was very lightweight and it made the shawl great for any season. The shawl is so gorgeous and I cannot believe that I actually made it! My childhood friend loved it and so did all of her other friends and family. Your instructions were so easy to follow. Thank you! I just wish that you sold the pattern on Etsy!😉

Love this tutorial! My shawl is looking so pretty already. I have finished the 8 repeat rows 3 times now. The puffs are a bit of a challenge sometimes. 😅 My yarn is in pink, white and different shades of purple. 🩷💜

Hello fellow crocheters, if you can't get Ice Yarns Roseto Worsted, try to find YarnArt Pacific Chunky - very much the same thing. I love the colors of the yarn and your pattern, Crystal. I will probably use the thinner Roseto for a less rustic look.

Row 3 7:36. Row 4 10:35. This is the puff stitch row. Row 5 16:05. Row 6 20:45 post stitch row. Row 7 26:05 this is one dc on each stitch. Row 7 should have an odd number of stitches, not counting 2 sc of middle. Row 8 29:40 dc in FLO in all stitches, and should have an even number of stitches, not counting 2sc in middle.

I made this scarf ❤❤❤ I'm not on FB so you'll have to take my word... it's gorgeous 🥰 I used charcoal/magenta by Lion brand. Love the yarn so went to buy more and found out Scarfie yarn has been discontinued😢. I can't believe I did it. So easy, but definitely looks complicated. Huge thank you Crystal...great channel.
Where did you read scarfie was discontinued? That's one of Lionbrands' best sellers, and they just came out with new colors... I don't see them discontinuing it. They gave that color everywhere scarfie is sold
@@BAGODAYCROCHET I asked at Joann's where it was because I couldn't find it, the associate said it was discontinued and showed me what it was replaced by. When I left there I went to Michael's and they didn't have it either and also had the new line by Lion Brand. I hope it's available somewhere.
