- I finally got a break from all the rain and went down to my local dam to try for some Hybrid Striped Bass. The weather and water were both excellent and I ended up putting the smackdown on a bunch of White and Hybrid Striped Bass using my two of my favorite lures! Can I fish there?? Or is it private
If you have a boat it’s public to access but the land I was standing on is private property. There’s one in Carrolton that I’ve heard is public it’s exactly the same as this but there are signs there that say you can only go in certain areas. Hope this helps!
