How to Catch Skipjack Herring on the Ohio River | Markland Dam

The Skipjack have been running thick in my area the past couple days so I went down to my local dam to try to stock up on some! I had to battle heavy winds and a lot of other anglers but I did manage to get some nice ones and help a few people out while I was down there.
