Really nice flow - slow, controlled and deep work. I can really see repeating this multiple times being very healing
Love this! Thank you!
Another wonderful video! Thank you so much!
And that outfit with your hair down is killer! Keep it up!
One of my favorite!
I'm 48 and have delivered two babies that were 9 and 10 pounds. My pelvic floor is actually in good shape--but I can't neglect it. This workout is great, and I will share with my mom friends.
Thank you so much Carolynn! XOXO 😘
One of my favorites, along w/ the weak in knees one. I don't have issues w/ either, except this really strengthens the area and surrounding muscles. I'm actually tired when it's done. Oldie but goodie!!
you are the best thank you

Thank you....really enjoyed this workout.....new to all the pelvic floor issues :( but pleased I found a workout I can do and hopefully help!
You're so welcome! Please keep me posted on your progress! xoxo
I quite appreciate your workouts, cues and attention to detail. Thank you! I would love you to offer us a class for lordosis! I just know you'll make something magical!
Thank you so much! 💖 And you’ve come to the right place…Pilates in general will really help you strengthen your entire core and help correct your posture. Be sure to keep up with all your supine core exercises (laying on your back), and try to maintain your “imprint” (thinking of pressing your lower back into the floor to fire up your core muscles) during any crunched up exercises! Just about every workout of mine will help you with this. 👍🏼
Thanks so much Desiree for this amazing and very enjoyable workout! I have pelvic floor issue for more than half a year now and I hope this exercise can give me some relief. Thanks so much for the very nice work! I will keep doing it : )
I've heard great success stories by followers who used this workout! Keep at it! Sending love! xoxo
Love this one! Challenging, but not too hard as to be discouraging! And I felt relief from my pelvic floor pain after doing it.
That’s wonderful! I’m so glad you enjoyed it and it gave you some relief! 😘😘😘
Thank you Desiree 💕💪 😍
thank you 2nd time dear Desiree! 💕💪✅💋💋💋
Thank you for making this video available. I love it! As a woman suffering with pelvic organ prolapse, my main focus for healing is on yoga, but this is the one Pilates video that makes my list every week!
I’m so glad you’re finding this workout useful and helpful! XOXO 😘
This is a great video. I've done it twice. I would love to see more videos focused on inner thigh/adductor/hip opening! All the things equestrians need.
Emily Lostaunau I’m so glad you’re enjoying this one so much! Thank you for your great suggestion. Please check out the workouts in my “Buns & Thighs” playlist! Thank you so very much for your love & support! Xo 😘
As I have pelvic floor issues, I find this workout very helpful. I also really like your calming voice and encouraging words at the end of the video. Thank you!
You're so welcome! Thank you for your kindness. 😘
I have hip pains and this workout reliefs me everytime i do! Thank you Desiree ❤
I’m so glad to hear that! 💕💕💕
great work out protecting pelvic floor Thank you
You're so welcome! xo
This was smooth and absoutely feasible to follow. Thank you very much. I personally would wish for even more comments to keep my focus on the pelvic floor area (e.g. the ones about drawing the belly buttom in to the spine) to make sure I'm never pressing to the outside.
Glad it was helpful!
Excellente séance. J'ai pu tout faire ! Bonnes sensations. Merci
Thank you so much for your kindness and support! 😘
Nice workout, I was able to follow you all time, I have pubitis so I thinks this could help me a lot, thanks for sharing.
Happy to help!
I love this one. There aren't many really good pelvic floor workouts out there.
Glad you loved it! Hope to see you in my virtual classes! xoxo www.dansique.com/virtual-studio
I've been suffering an immense amount of pain in hips and glutes. I'm seeing a doctor but following along with this video is one of the few things that brings relief in-between visits to the hospital. Thank you for posting such valuable content ❤️
I really appreciate your kindness. I’m so happy this routine gives you relief. Thank you so much for your support! 😘
This was really nice. It made my pain go away for the most part :D. Really recommend doing this workout if you feel shooting pains in your pelvic area!
So glad you helped you! 🥰🥰🥰
Wow super amazing fantastic excercise in mankind . relly this work is a very great and helpful .thank upload video
VIJAY BHAT H I’m so glad you enjoyed this workout! 💜
Thank you very much for the workout! It was hard to find a nice pelvic floor workout. Will you do more so I can variate? Very happy with this one. Thanks :)
I'm so glad you find this workout helpful! xo
Great workout! I think new work situation is compressing my spine too much. This workout offered some strengthening as well as decompression and stretching.
Emily Lostaunau I’m so glad you enjoyed this workout and found it helpful! If you’re sitting all day at work the spine tends to hunch and the hip flexors also tighten! Here are some vids that’ll help with posture and overall tightness of the body...💕💕💕

Hello! Thank you for this video! I suffer with pelvic floor dysfunction and was looking for safe exercises. I tried and it didn’t flare me, so um super happy. Do you have other videos for safe pelvic floor exercise routines?
I'm so happy to hear that! I don't have any other workouts specifically for Pelvic floor issues...but keep repeating this one to build up your strength in a safe way. Also, check out my STRETCH playlist! All of those workouts are very gentle and should be okay. Of course if a certain exercise feels uncomfortable, then sit it out and jump in on the next one! xoxo
Thanku can u pls do a standing version pls?
This is a brilliant workout, have you any more specifically focuses to pelvic floor issues please? Many thanks
This is my only one...but I plan on doing another one at some point! Glad you enjoyed it! xo
Niec job
Thank you for this, this is my first workout session ever since I found out I have pelvic floor issues. I'm really struggling cause I've always done high intensity exercises and I'm worried about staying fit, at least i felt that burn in my butt 😂
Sending you love, light, and healing thoughts. I hope you’ll keep repeating this workout to strengthen your pelvic floor area...you’ll be doing more intense workouts before you know it! Xoxo 😘
I feel you. I'm all about HIIT, weight training and other things that make you sweat A LOT. But I guess especially the weight training got me here, so I'm doing my best to do it nice and slow to get the intensity :) the internal rotations were litting my hips up :D wishing you all the best.
@@christineschilde5055 Ugh it really sucks for us sweat lovers! Since this video I've been doing lots of yoga and it's really helped me physically and emotionally, and kegels everyday are really making me feel better down there too. I think the most important thing is to keep moving (even if it's not as satisfying) and avoid those depressive thoughts, I've read articles about women rehabilitating slowly so I've got hope! Wishing you the best too 💓
@@valfigallo That sounds pretty good! I think you've got just the right approach! Do you see a physiotherapist who trains or trained you on physical therapy? Did you ever try biofeedback or wasn't there any necessity or possibility for it? Right now it is quite impossible to get professional help, but I really wish for instructions on how to do the pelvic floor exercises exactly right.
💕💕💕💕
This workout routine was so delicious! I have to confess that I prefer to work in a slow pace, the exercises feel deeper and I get more relaxed than doing it fast 🌸😌🌼
Defo need to be consistent with it
I am suffering with pf so hopefully this can help
Stick with this workout and I think over time you'll feel a difference. Keep me posted! :)
Hi again Desirée, thank you so much for the recommendations. What should I do if one side of my hip pops frequently while doing some of these exercises? It's not painful, just a funny sensation.
My pleasure! 💕 Hmmm...popping hips. It’s definitely a good thing that the pops aren’t painful. As a dancer, I constantly have things cracking and popping myself, and I get asked all the time about this kinda thing from my students. I always tell them that if it’s not painful then don’t worry about it. I’m curious which exercise(s) in particular cause the popping for you. With certain exercises you could play around with either trying to add more or less hip rotation and see if that makes any difference. 👍🏼
@@DansiqueFitness The exercises which make my hip pop are the ones in which you lie on your back and lift your legs up and down to the ground (not the pulses), especially in the parallel position. Interestingly, when I did this video again today the popping was really reduced. It's the kind of popping that happens just about every time I bring my leg down past a certain position but the popping is much softer now.
LaKeyma Pennyamon Our bodies do weird things sometimes. As I said, play around with your rotation...if you find the popping happens in the parallel position, try externally rotating the leg a bit. I’m glad the popping was reduced today...hopefully it stays that way. Xoxo 😘💕💐😘💕💐
Thank you for this 💞 are these exercises uterine prolapse friendly?
I would imagine these exercises are safe...but please consult your doctor to be sure as I don’t know the severity of your situation. 😘
@@DansiqueFitness thank you 🙏🏾
I am looking forward to doing this workout. Is this pilates or is this a mixture of yoga also, as some of the moves are different to some of the pilates moves I've seen.
As a former professional ballet dancer, I use my dance background to create twists on the traditional Pilates exercises. I’m also a huge believer in mixing things up to keep our body and mind guessing. Thank you for taking notice of the uniqueness…I always strive to keep my movements fun and fresh with ballet and yoga embellishments! 😘😘😘

I really enjoy this workout, however I felt tension in my shoulder and neck when I did the first part. Any suggestion what should I do?
Glad you enjoyed it! 🥰 Watch this ua-cam.com/video/rZAVF9elvjs/v-deo.html 👈👈👈
Thank you for this gerat exercise!! How often would you recommond doing it in a week?:)
You could do it everyday! Or every other day and alternate it with another workout . Here’s a suggestion 👉🏼 ua-cam.com/video/sGn9AQK7OPQ/v-deo.html ❤️
Hi Desiree!....do you have any work out for burning upper body fat?
There is no such thing as spot reducing fat. If you want to lose upper body fat, you need overall weight loss. The best way to lose overall body fat is through cardio and HIIT workouts! Check out this playlist ua-cam.com/play/PL0YU1wINOkadVQdjHI37V0uiGCDBvv36U.html and try incorporating these workouts into your daily exercise routine! XOXO
@@DansiqueFitness thanks a ton!
I was a bit confused since I didn’t know how to breathe. How does the breathing work here? Like in Yoga?
Sandra Martín To me...there is no wrong breathing patterns...as long as you’re breathing, that’s what is most important. The breath should feel organic and work with you and help you, not go against you. When I was training to become a Pilates instructor, I found that a lot of the breathing patterns felt very unnatural to me...so although I make pattern suggestions at times...the most important thing is to breathe in such a way that works for you. Hope this helps! Xoxo
It burns!
Woohoo!
@@DansiqueFitness I love your workouts and how you don't apply annoying music and do give loads of instructions and where I need to focus in my body! Even though I've been into fitness for my whole life I learn something new about my body with every one of your videos. Thank you so much!
Can male do this???
