      Good morning sir....
      I m asking this on an urgent basis...
      My father age 64 years has a problem of neuro from last 6 to 7 years he had a facial paralysis 7 years before... but after treatment he has recovered now...
      But today also he is in guidance of neurologist dr prasen ranjan ranchi....
      From yesterday he is feeling pain in the food pipe when he is drinking water... sir the whole city is closed and I will have take a lot of permissions to go to the dr ranchi I m from hazaribag...
      Can plez help me in this...🙏

      This may be either due to side effects of medication or it may be acid reflux. Try contacting the doctor over phone. Half spoon of fennel seeds (saunf), two cloves (laung) and 5 tulsi leaves should be chewed slowly (in half an hour) to relieve the symptom. But you should consult any medicine doctor (if you can't reach your doctor) to find out the reason. He may ask for an X-Ray scanning.

    Doc thank u for ur valuable guidance. Usually v r told during fasting if v feel hungry and yet continue our fasting body will develop gas formation. Sometimes when v skip brekafast and have late lunch v dedelop headake. How can v avoid this all

    Great informative video with very logical and effective tips. A few questions
    1. Is it ok to have the 2 meals - lunch and dinner at 12-12:30 and 5:30-6 (before sunset) OR should there be more gap between two meals?
    2. Would the recommendation of 2 meals and fast in a week apply to all - especially those who want to gain weight?
    3. Can we have dry fruits like dates, soaked almonds in breakfast along with fruits?

    Hello sir ...i m suffering from loose sticky stool one time in morning and lost so much weight , i tried for ash gourd juice but it give more loose formation cause again weight loose nd fatigue how can i solve this problem of malabsorption

      For weekly fast, you should eat nothing for one day. Only water should be had. But, if you are just beginning and you're not used to it, you can eat fruits in the evening.

      Fruits give us instant energy. We don't need energy post evening. So the best time for fruits is morning. But if you fast for the whole day, you'll be deficient in energy, so a fruit diet after fast is good.

    सर मै dip dite ले रही हूँ तीन महीने से नाश्ते मे सिर्फ फल और लँच मे सलाद और रात मे एक रोटी ज्वार के आटे की ले रही हूं मुझे पिटटयूटरी टयूमर है सर काफी सारी समस्याएं ठीक हैं परन्तु कब्ज बहुत हो रही है और शाम को खाने के बाद पेट अफर जाता है गैस के लिए चूर्ण ले रही हूं तीन बार कुछ इलाज हो तो बताने का कष्ट करें सर धन्यवाद

      That's the best thing to do. Eat only fruits for breakfast. Lots of fruits. Itna, ki lage ki pet fat jayega. Salads mein thodi kaali mirch powder, thoda honey, thoda sesame seeds milayenge to behtar rahega. Avoid salt completely in salads.

    Sir, any vdos on chronic gastritis and Duodenitis...cause coyld not be determined? While ultra sound, ct scan, blood test, urine & stool are all normal. The issue been corelated to subclinical hypothyroidism & antibodies, thereby i am heavy om medication including for thyroid.

      While chewing, lots of air bubbles get trapped with the food which we ultimately swallow. As these bubbles are light, while in the stomach they rise up to give a burp. But, if the technique of chewing and swallowing is correct, it doesn't happen.
