I'm so glad to see you, Tom. I've been following your journey closely because it inspires me to stay disciplined in managing my MS. Thank you so much, and best of luck!
Happy New Year Tom! Hope this finds you well. Thx for sharing this info re: vitamins. I am interested for sure. Knowledge is power. It's very interesting re: Vit B12 only b/c my neuro mentioned I could stop taking the B12's due to my blood work. I wonder if just b/c the levels say I 'am good doesn't necessarily equate to my body being able to utilize & break down the B12 for my health? If that makes sense.. Doing well on Kesimpta still! It will be 3 years in March!! I was able to cross country ski here in Colo w/ my 3 son's over break! Sore in places that haven't been utilized. Ha! Thx again, & best to a great year ahead.
Hi Colleen, yes that's exactly what I'm suggesting too that maybe we are unable to turn that B12 in the blood into a usable form! Very interesting... Ah sounds like you're doing great! Cross Country Skiing with 3 sons would leave even the best of us pretty sore 😅

Great to see you Tom. Have you started taking the Methylated B vitamins yet and if so have you noticed any positive results?
@@rosieposie9564 thanks Rosie! Yes I’ve started taking some now, but only just started so too early to judge. But I am feeling good so far!
