    Hi .. Following your channel for long time. FTM. Yesterday delivered a healthy boy.I followed all your pelvic floor exercises .Overall 10 pushes and my baby is out. Thank you 🙏😊

    is there any exercise here that I shouldn't do If I have diastatis recti?

      Nope - all exercises are diastasis recti safe

    Not to have my 5am exercise thwarted by another early rise, I was super excited to see this in my feed. So glad to have a baby carrier workout that actually gave me a workout! My 2 year old put his comforter in a sling and joined in too while the four year old (and while my husband!) slept :)

    5 weeks and 4 days postpartum today and recovering from our first cold. Our baby also has a stuffy nose...
    But this felt great and made me sweat a lot.
    Not easy!
