what maeve did was purely a form of jealousy not obsession which means she has feelings for otis. one example of someone who is called obsesseds person is jackson.and remember what jean said to Otis in season 3 "jealousy makes us do things out of the character".The reason Otis is not disappointed with Maeve and Jackson's relationship is because from the beginning Maeve had told Otis that she and Jackson only had casual sex, in other words she had no feelings for Jackson. This is similar to the scene in season 3, Maeve doesn't show jealousy at Otis and ruby's relationship because from the beginning Otis told Maeve that he only had casual sex without feelings. So the pattern is like this, Otis is not jealous of Maeve and Jackson's relationship but he is jealous of Maeve and Issac. while maeve is jealous of Otis and Ola's relationship but she is not jealous seeing Otis and ruby together. the conclusion is Otis is not jealous because he thinks maeve has no romantic relationship with jackson but he is jealous of issac because maeve has a romantic relationship with issac. vice versa, maeve not jealous of ruby because she thinks Otis is only obsessed with having sex with ruby but he is jealous of ola because otis always talks about ola whenever they are together.
