There are two kinds of BLU: the ones who make/join parties and spam Hydro Pull so everyone can use their AOEs and get credit, and the much more common kind seen here.
Yeah, I saw BLUs abusing Ultravibrate on freezeable bosses early on and decided not to do that with my own, unless I knew I was actually alone in a map (I usually play in early AM, US Central Time). That being said, there are a couple of FATEs in Outer La Noscea that chain to each other -- defeat one and the other pops up within a minute. They're in O'Ghomoro, one in the northwest corner and the other north-central. Both of the bosses can be frozen + Ultravibrated. Invite any randos to your party and have at it so that everyone can benefit from the cheese banquet.
