I was sad to see R'fhul had regressed in his progress. Prior to this year, he's gone a little further each time. Last year, though, he was hanging from the first leap up the tower. Let R'fhul make progress!

i love points like this that make the game experience feel more personalized! i remember on my second runthrough of HW when I was playing as a dragoon, it gets pointed out towards the end. same with reaper in the post-EnW quests.

I played Dragoon through pretty much all MSQ quest until Shadowbringer. ONe of the most touching moments is when Eistinien is recovering is the hospital he will comment "It was an honor to serve as Azure Dragoon with you"

Funny fact; you don't need to BE a healer, just have one at that level range. During this scene; "Don't just stand there GAWKING, you're a healer aren't you?!" (DPS main me; What, I'm not a he...) (Remembers that by leveling Summoner.... I also leveled Scholar...) "DEAR GOD SHTOLA HOLD ON!" (Starts healing)

Personally dislike pro-active quests, they create gaps in knowledge and cause you to see/never see certain dialouge and that thought alone is just annoying. I prefer being able to do quests whenever after and treat it like I'm filling in blanks/my character is looking back on the past as I'm doing it.

I played through Stormblood as a AST. I've been playing healer all my MMO life and it is the first time ever an NPC asked me to use my healer spells that I obviously had to heal someone. I was so glad. I was SO glad someone finally understood that : yes. I CAN heal.

I always assumed I'd better consider any quest with any kind of story implications is happening in the timeframe of where the MSQ is at the level of that quest. If I engage with it later it's on me for not playing them "in order"

The latest moonfire faire event has a quest called "Fire Red, Beast Green" which is a reference to the GBA Pokemon Kanto remakes

You get an extra dialog choice with Urianger during an Eden cutscene if you have Scholar leveled.
