I've never had to wait for an auto save. Always took like one second
You must have a smallish world. By the time I was up to 7-800 hours into my main update8 world, saves took my PC about 30 seconds due to there being factories just about everywhere.

notice that the belts have a 2nd mode now idk if it was there b4 but i noticed if u set it to the 2nd mode it drags in straight lines and 90s by just looking in the way u want the belt to turn without the mouse wheel 😅 lmk if thats new or old news

Teleporters is silly alternative to hypertube canons
Sacrificing Ark for Satisfactory 1.0....I can no longer run the older AMD driver just to play Aberration. Ark is going on the backburner until they can get an AMD driver out that doesn't crash the game.
Aberation and ASA in general has been running without crashes for me on my Arch Linux PC. I've had a huge framerate boost with a 6600XT. There's some slowdown everynow and again. I used to only get 45fps after allot graphics tweaking and driver fidling (PC was also using Windows back then as well). While I haven't checked the exact number I'm easily getting +60fps now.
@@ultimate9056 yeah I was getting decent frames (50+, 30-35fps previously) with my 6700XT...but I couldn't play Aberration without the 23.7.1 drivers (July 2023) on Windows 10 (not quite to moving to linux for my gaming pc...but definitely #never11or12). Satisfactory needed much more recent drivers, so I loaded up the latest. I crash before loading into the world on Aberration with the latest drivers...so that's why I say it's now on the back burner.

@@EvilNecroid To be fair there are no female characters in Factorio or pretty much any other factory game that I can think of. Doesn't matter, really. And from what I remember, in the game lore it's only females who get sent to planets.

I think it's part of the lore that the engineers are all female. Virtually every other factory game has a male or unidentified protagonist.
Males are no longer created. They are no longer needed and just cause a whole lot of problems. All babies are female.
