Hey Clarissa! Great job! I used to use Poshmark, but got tired of managing my closet so started using Thred Up and I love that! It's so much easier and gets the clothes out of my house immediately and that works best for me! Thanks for sharing!💖

I dont know what it is but over the last 10 years or so my weight has gone up and down. I have gotten rid of so much because it didn't fit to then regret it a year later. A couple of years back I decided that whatever that was still ok that didn't fit or wasn't worn was vacuum packed and stored for weight change or can replace current worn out out items.
I completely can relate to this feeling. My weight has fluctuated over the years as well. I go up and down between 15 pounds every year and that results in certain clothing pieces not fitting me.I’ve gotten rid of things that I end up regretting.
That’s a great idea to put away the items you know you love and may fit into soon. I know it’s a huge thing not to do that but it’s also hard to keep buying clothes over and over again.😃
Adding to this before vacuum packaging I have taken photos of all items so I know what is in storage. Also any new items I bring in for me and my husband are always the best quality we can afford.
@@CarolineKarousos That is a wonderful idea! Buying quality over quantity is such a great way to build your closet, and not have clothes that wear out faster. 💞
I'm glad you separated out the clothes that don't currently fit you so your closet just has items hanging that you can wear right now. That said, there was a jacket at the top of one of those bins that is totally wrecked and unwearable. I'm guessing there must be a strong sentimental attachment for you to keep that. Even so, it should go. You don't need the actual item to keep the memories of it. Hopefully, there's a photo of you wearing it when it was still in good condition and you can let it go.

It’s funny because when I was editing this video, I noticed the jacket was all messed up so I went back and took it out. When I was filming this, I was actually watching a movie and talking to my kids so I wasn’t looking down a lot.🤣
