I wish they make a cannon like this down the road. That was awesome. They Able respobded with Shak Ti shows that the clones really did care for thier Jedi Generals for the most part. Damn inhibitorchips.
its reasonable to assume that some characters could be reused for moments like this. with Rex being in Rebels, Echo still being lost and Kix to be known as the last clone... always possible for this comic to become an episode of a cartoon or a premise for something else within the universe.. infact it could be nicely reworked into being Arc trooper Echo, different planet, sure; but also reasonable to assume he escaped the prison on a transport and crashed on the planet mentioned here. give him his damaged arc trooper armor and the level of skill would still be there to be admired. Gen 1 clones were good. but nothing is better then DominoSquad. would make it poetic too if the clone Echo lost by Anakin was found by Luke gotta get those tie ins!
Dan Dragon Well this took place right after the Battle of Yavin, and we all know that Luke had that medal ceremony afterwards rather than being ambushed by the Empire, so that’s why this is legends.

This quick story would probably be about an 8-9/10 for me on how much I liked it, and I wouldn't trade this story for even an infinite number of "Last" Jedi movie dvds/bluerays.
the memeboy, I actually grew up watching the prequels, so I don't really have any connection to the original trilogy. Anyway, I'm saying that The Last Jedi was bad because of characters like Rose and Holdo, and a few plot decisions.
Luke: "I was trained by Ben Kenobi!" *Ben coughes.* "I would hardly qualify a few weeks teaching you to deflect gunshots from a robot as 'training', but you sure are sure of yourself, kid..."
I know that's willing suspension of disbelief,but... We don't know the minimun thruster speed of an X-wing, just how much blunt stress a Phase-1 armour could dissipate, nor if there was any rebel transport in lower atmosphere
In 1 episode in the clonewars, Master plokoon (sorry if I misspell anything) had his clones to go out of the escape pod with him to fight off the droid hunters in space. Their helmets can allow them to breathe in space for a limited amount of time. Though, phase 2 armor remove that ability.
Clone Troopers have better training, and are bred to fight. Stormtroopers have better equipment. The reason this clone was able to fight so effectively, was because he had their equipment, only he was *better.*

OG-SPANKYOURFACE -1776 You ain't kidding. Lucas himself saw much of (if not all of) the original Expanded Universe as being fanmade stuff. You'd be surprised how much fan made stuff has the spirit of the source material.
Imagine the story if Disney decided to give us a movie around a storm trooper, actually joining the Empire and going through awesome battles because they thought they were the good guys, and not this useless asian girl that likes a black guy stuff for SJWs
Jesus Christ. I think I’m going to tear up. I loved the clones more than any other type of trooper in the Star Wars Universe. This is amazing and I hope there are more like this. I’m not well versed in legends material so if there are more like this, let me know.
This is a lot better than the new comic in canon where Luke has no idea about order 66 till after Empire Strikes Back. That’s three years of saying he’s a Jedi in training and no one telling him what happened to the Jedi
Actually there still a clone trooper alive during the events of the Force Awakens. And it's canon because he was shown in The clone war animated series. Here you can read more about it. He was frozen in Stasis like Han Solo and stayed like that for 50 years until he was found by a crew of scavengers near the events of Ep7, I'm pretty sure he still alive during Ep8 and Ep9... I would love to see a cameo of him in Ep9... starwars.wikia.com/wiki/CT-6116
I loved this story, and I genuinely felt my heart race when you got the point where Able went in by himself. I was thinking "please don't let him die, not my new clone bro." Glad this story had a great ending!
i love how you explain the stories, it really catches my attention the way you talk about stories and it keeps me intensified throughout the whole video Thank you
In my mind's eye I like to think that he had heared of Commander Anakin Skywalker (it wasn't until after being Knighted that Ani was promoted to General) and so Able knew that Luke must be his son!
#suggestion: When Yoda was a younger jedi master, he trained a padawan named Kal Skirata who was the grandfather of the Kal Skirata that adopted the Null Class ARC Troopers. After Kal Skirata became a jedi master, he left the jedi order to head for the outer rim territories in search of a very powerful crystal called the Ghost Fire Crystal. He wanted to become a Stealth Jedi by wearing black commando clothes with a jedi guardian helmet colored black and a powerful near invisible silent light saber. Master Kal Skirata spent twenty years in his search for this powerful crystal while honing his jedi skills with his green light saber as well as underwent commando training on Kamino. He combined all of his training and practiced it by hunting darkside users that he found here and there though they weren't actually sith. He eventually found the elusive crystal type on a planet past the outter rim that he found decorating an ancient king's crown inside his tomb. Master Kal Skirata built a new light saber that incorporated parts from his present light saber and parts of that ancient king's scepter. He went back to the surface and began to practice his skills with his new light saber that he learned just how powerful it really was as he became the Stealth Jedi that he aspired to be. After he got too old to hunt for darkside users he moved to Mandelor where he took a mate and had 2 sons one named Val Skirata who became the father of the Kal Skirata in the Clone Wars and Boba Skirata who became his padawan while his brother was trained as a Mandelorian Commando. Boba Skirata became the equivalent of a jedi master though he never had contact with other jedi or the jedi council as he became a Stealth Jedi and contined his father's work but now he found out about the sith. He also was given his father's Ghost Fire Crystal powered light saber and became even more powerful than his father. Master Kal Skirata rejoined the jedi order while his second son remained a secret and he died 3 years later. Boba Skirata kept up 2 separate identities one being Boba Skirata a common Mandelorian Commando and the other identity of a Stealth Jedicalled Dar'kel and wearing his father's black commando ware, black jedi guardian helmet and his Ghost Fire Light Saber.
Tim Bartsch: The only stuff I still like about the new cannon is Star Wars Rebels, Clone Wars, Comics, Rouge One, and even Iden Versio, Del Miko, and Shriv, everything else is shit.
Fusion Fred in legends Kamino did rebel and was making a clone army loyal to the Kaminoans, but the Empire discovered this and invaded before the army was completed.
Would love to see this as a side mission in Awakening of the Rebellion. CT-1707 “Able” Was a Clone Trooper of the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars. On a mission to the planet known as “Lubong Minor” his squad was wiped out by the Separatist’s droid forces, leaving only Able stranded for 20+ years alone, tell Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker and Commander Narra discovered him whilst fleeing from Imperial forces. Able helped destroy the Imperials and ultimately saved both men, later joining the Rebel Alliance. Commander: Grants a 10% combat bonus to infantry Ability’s: “For the Republic” - Increases Able’s firepower, health, and speed, allowing him to mow through an entire squad of stormtroopers in seconds. “Disguise” - Allows Able‘s knowledge of old republic tactics to infiltrate imperial ranks for a short time (basically invisibility). This could be a special mission in the early game of the Rebels campaign. You would have to take either Red Squadron or Luke Skywalker to the planet and conquer it to unlock him.
I really wanted to see his reaction when he found out that the Chancellor, the one man who all the clones, Jedis, were fighting for, was a Sith Lord all along.

Clone troopers in cannon: cannon fodder with guns.
Clone troopers in Legends: Literally Rambo
Did you watch clone wars?
Yeah they’re Rambo in both dude but whatever 😅
Glorified Toaster clones die just like that in the clone wars. Sometimes they’re not even shooting and get shot. They die for plot I think. They’re supposed to be 10 times better than droids
I wish they make a cannon like this down the road. That was awesome. They Able respobded with Shak Ti shows that the clones really did care for thier Jedi Generals for the most part. Damn inhibitorchips.
For The Republic!
Glad you were *ABLE* to make this video...
I'm sorry.
Meme Review: One Lightsaber out of 5 Clones
Star Wars Comics
Nice 👍
i GueSs i wAs clOse EnoUgh iN mY reVieW oF 11/10
I think Yoda would be an expert in that rating system...
I should really stop.

I love listening to these comics stories. It influences me more to read and go deeper into the story's before and after the movies
4:45 "as *young link* ignites his lightsaber..."
4:45 Lmao "This isn't my first time!" Luke has the same expression on his face when he's in the bedroom and says that.
This should be canon nothing about this story feels like it couldn't fit with in the Disney canon
well they are integrating legends characters, but also writing them new origin stories, tho still similar...
crazyciler50 only legends character I’ve seen brought to canon since Disney’s take over was Thrawn
Okay, the books reintroduce other characters aswell even the tv show for example quinlan Vos, also alot of ships have been reïntroduced...
its reasonable to assume that some characters could be reused for moments like this. with Rex being in Rebels, Echo still being lost and Kix to be known as the last clone... always possible for this comic to become an episode of a cartoon or a premise for something else within the universe.. infact it could be nicely reworked into being Arc trooper Echo, different planet, sure; but also reasonable to assume he escaped the prison on a transport and crashed on the planet mentioned here. give him his damaged arc trooper armor and the level of skill would still be there to be admired.
When the clone wars and galactic civil war get little "Cross overs" like this it is always a fun read
This six and a half minute video was better than all of The Last Jedi!
They shoulda brought these comics to the movies. This is pure gold stuff!
Imagine if Rex met Able... that would be epic
so he was *Able* to fight after a long time
ill show myself out
No it's actually kinda funny.
thx buddy
No Problem
Stormtrooper 99 "Get help"- Palpatine.
Hmm, I laughed
i think the phase 1 clone trooper is the coolest armor
SuperFighter1102 phase 1 armor made it easier for the blaster bolts to pierce through nd kill the clones
oh
i thought it gave them more protection
SuperFighter1102 it’s better than storm trooper armor tho
yeah at least it can withstand arrows
That's why Clone Troopers are the best soldiers they're smart they show character and they are all brothers in arms.
Paul Steinhauser they sure do have have personality
@@ratlosmappy Fun Fact, Able was like Rex and fought alongside Luke on multiple fronts.
*"It was an honor, to once again be serving under the leadership of the bookshelf"* - English auto generated subtitles
YESSS 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Shaak Ti is one of my favorites! In this case I sulut Abel for being under the command of Jedi Master Shaak Ti & welcome to the Rebels.
Its a comic he’s hardly going to say thanks for welcoming him.
Phase one is best armour in starwars
I'd disagree and say second best. I like the Mandalorian Neo-Crusader armor best myself.
Actually, the best armpor in Star Wars is Plot Armor. Always works.
#2 mandalorian armor is #1
I concur
erhan jpg I like this armor, best armor 10/10
This has always been one of my favorite EU comics.
I really want a canon adaption.
We kinda did with Rex, Wolfe, and Gregor in Rebels
Max Haly wish they werent fat and armor really weird when I heard 3 of my fav characters were in rebels I expected a glory moment like this not some old fat guys with armor that barely fits!
Better than the last jedi!
This quick story would probably be about an 8-9/10 for me on how much I liked it, and I wouldn't trade this story for even an infinite number of "Last" Jedi movie dvds/bluerays.
Hanshotfirst6688 I like every Star Wars movie
Anything is better than The Last Jedi.
Sonic Bralaunik you're just saying that because you miss the original trilogy
the memeboy, I actually grew up watching the prequels, so I don't really have any connection to the original trilogy. Anyway, I'm saying that The Last Jedi was bad because of characters like Rose and Holdo, and a few plot decisions.
Who would win?
Several stormtroopers
Or
Some old guy
Experience outranks everything
Sand wins.
S A N D
The sand on the high ground
Luke: "I was trained by Ben Kenobi!"
*Ben coughes.* "I would hardly qualify a few weeks teaching you to deflect gunshots from a robot as 'training', but you sure are sure of yourself, kid..."
5:36 Clone trooper or not, the impact would had killed him!
I know! Its almost as if he is one with the force and force is with him!
He also isn’t able to breath in space
But it’s whatever.
I could feel the anger and sadness in his voice when he said that his last General he served under was Shaak Ti
Clone trooper vs storm trooper
Jose Rios Clone would win
Cardboardguy 14 clones can aim the stormtroopers don't
Single clone killed an entire squad AND a shuttle!
The storm troopers never even stood a chance
Clone Troopers have better training, and are bred to fight.
Stormtroopers have better equipment. The reason this clone was able to fight so effectively, was because he had their equipment, only he was *better.*
The clone-trooper concept as a whole is easily one of the greatest stories of all time.
Favorite lines: "Who was your last commanding officer!?"
"Shaake Ti"
Honestly just subscribed after so long of watching your other videos; love your narrative and evidence. Haven't been disappointed with any video I've watched from your channel💯
Impressed and I'm excited for the next adventure🤙🌌
May the Force be with you
Disney f***** up big-time by destroying Legends look at the crap they're using now when Legends has some of the best stories and Star Wars and in the old expanded universe shame on you Disney you ruined a good thing
OG-SPANKYOURFACE -1776 They should have kept all the good stpries like this one.
OG-SPANKYOURFACE -1776
You ain't kidding.
Lucas himself saw much of (if not all of) the original Expanded Universe as being fanmade stuff. You'd be surprised how much fan made stuff has the spirit of the source material.
Arno Wisp This is a new disney canon comic, look at the cover in the beginning. Marvel has it's logo on it.
disney sorta did this tho. with rex.
Imagine the story if Disney decided to give us a movie around a storm trooper, actually joining the Empire and going through awesome battles because they thought they were the good guys, and not this useless asian girl that likes a black guy stuff for SJWs
0:07
Oh god
That picture looks like Vader is about make out with luke
You know what they say. Father likes son.
Robert Shepherd it's 'like father like son' not father likes son
Defec Tec I need therapy then
Robert Shepherd you can come to my next session xd
I've been hearing that saying wrong this whole time?!
A true clone trooper
I wish this was canon it would have been cool.
well kinda in the sense that Wolfe, Gregor, and Rex joined the rebellion.
Hostile Crocodile yeah
Actually there still a clone trooper alive during the events of the Force Awakens. And it's canon because he was shown in The clone war animated series. Here you can read more about it.
He was frozen in Stasis like Han Solo and stayed like that for 50 years until he was found by a crew of scavengers near the events of Ep7, I'm pretty sure he still alive during Ep8 and Ep9... I would love to see a cameo of him in Ep9...
starwars.wikia.com/wiki/CT-6116
Sorry but what is the difference between the Canon and Legends??
like everything else legends
In my head I can hear the whole conversion with the Imperial Officer in Dee Bradley Baker's Voice.
Ow yesss, finally a comic that's somewhat related to the clone wars
Broke my heart when I read Able's storyline. He will be missed.
Damn Rakghouls
It brings me so much joy to see authentic Star Wars content! Thank you!
I loved it when he said shaak ti
5:35
My favorite part of this comic
I loved this story, and I genuinely felt my heart race when you got the point where Able went in by himself. I was thinking "please don't let him die, not my new clone bro."
Glad this story had a great ending!
i love how you explain the stories, it really catches my attention the way you talk about stories and it keeps me intensified throughout the whole video
Thank you
In my mind's eye I like to think that he had heared of Commander Anakin Skywalker (it wasn't until after being Knighted that Ani was promoted to General) and so Able knew that Luke must be his son!
Uh... what? Kal was NEVER a Jedi or trained by one.
Didnt read
Hey Baxho nice video
Damn I miss the Old Expanded Universe. 😔
Don't we all.
Francisco Garcia
Same here my friend
Tim Bartsch: The only stuff I still like about the new cannon is Star Wars Rebels, Clone Wars, Comics, Rouge One, and even Iden Versio, Del Miko, and Shriv, everything else is shit.
Legends will always live on in our hearts.
MobiusLeader007: Hope someone manage to bring it back some day. 😑
Damn it Disney this could be CANON now
In conclusion. One regular clone trooper = 30+ storm troopers.
Imagine one does one ARC trooper do
"Stormtrooper Platoon? Whats the catch?" ARC trooper
@@Psychoangel-d23 He'd probably just stick few thermal detonators in their ranks and finish them off with an assault rifle.
Imagine the bad batch going up against stormtroopers, talk about a massacre
I can Top that imagine a squad of Republic Commandos
A squad of ARC troopers probably would've been able to board a Star destroyer and take over it.
If only the Rebelion Made a alliance on Kamino......
Luke Troopers!!!!!!!!
Fusion Fred in legends Kamino did rebel and was making a clone army loyal to the Kaminoans, but the Empire discovered this and invaded before the army was completed.
Mandalorian92 Changing of the guard. SW: BF II. Amazing mission
*GASP*
Fusion Fred nah clone able
This was a beautiful video I want to cry so bad
Would love to see this as a side mission in Awakening of the Rebellion.
CT-1707 “Able” Was a Clone Trooper of the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars. On a mission to the planet known as “Lubong Minor” his squad was wiped out by the Separatist’s droid forces, leaving only Able stranded for 20+ years alone, tell Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker and Commander Narra discovered him whilst fleeing from Imperial forces. Able helped destroy the Imperials and ultimately saved both men, later joining the Rebel Alliance.
Commander: Grants a 10% combat bonus to infantry
Ability’s: “For the Republic” - Increases Able’s firepower, health, and speed, allowing him to mow through an entire squad of stormtroopers in seconds.
This comic is amazing. I freaking love it. It seems canon to me. Having a clone join the rebellion makes so much sense and I love it
I wish the clones were ultimately dedicated to the Jedi, not Palpatine, bringing true peace to the galaxy together
Legends>Canon
im not to sure but i think this comic is actually canon
Nope
Martin Lowrimore Legends has nothing to do with the main Trilogy and just confuses a lot of people so it sucks
Josh Tyler yea
"Execute Order 66 on Disney Canon"
For the republic!!
SAVE IT FOR THE ENEMY!
WE'VE GOT DROIDS
Watch those wrist rockets!
Clone troopers battle hardened accurate shots, stormtroopers garbage cans who miss every time
Thank you for the hard work putting this video together
I really wanted to see his reaction when he found out that the Chancellor, the one man who all the clones, Jedis, were fighting for, was a Sith Lord all along.
a sith lawd?
