Thanks to your insights I traced the problem to broken wires just before the light bulb connector. The clown who owned this Jeep before butchered the repair job. Thank you very much for your video 😉
I did exactly what you did in the video before I even washed your video and now I've lost power to both wires it seem to have enough power supply to fire up little LED bulbs but not at LED bar too bad you didn't find out the real problem

I'm pretty sure the issue is in the fuse box in my case. You just have to tear things apart and find the open in that leg of the circuit
