Jeep TJ Fog Light Set Up (Not Working) Part 1

Got some stock fog lights with no hook up to my jeep, bought a Kawell Wiring Kit 130w 40 Amp Relay Wiring Harness to hook them up and they are not working this is how I set it up, trying to trouble shoot.

That blank next to the rear wiper and defrost isn't for factory fog lights. Those are on the headlight switch stalk. If it had factory lights you just pull the end of the switch towards the driver door. It turns them on.
