This, to me, is the perfect size for one person!
It’s a nice, well taken care of home, but considering you could buy a new one for $20 -$30 thousand, $60,000 is too much. Even with the furniture. I would buy a larger fridge & want to use my own furniture. You say no seed money, but at that price, I’d say that’s not true. Good luck, I’m sure someone will buy it. It’s just not a good value for me.

This is a cute little home. It reminds me of the Dalton but not all wood. It would be a nice weekend or seasonal getaway. The Prairie looks so green at this time of year. Good luck to the owners❤️

Yes, the deck is a very good size, and that StucOFlex is not cheap. It works well in any climate.

A very complete video tour. Priced too high I think. It's cobbled together with those older and thinner door pieces. You can get into a comparable unit with better materials now for $30k. Add $5k for mini-split and stairs. I know people are trying to recoup their key money (6-$10k herer?), but this is just way too much. Perhaps if it were a different model home in an area not so open.
This model is not longer available currently. It’s also completely stuco ed, picture window, minisplit, appliances. I think it’s a fair price as evidenced by all the showings.

A very nice video! But I would need a bathroom sink and vanity, as i will not shave or brush my teeth in the kitchen sink.There would have been plenty of room to add one next to the toilet, where the cabinet is. ITH charges $750 to add a basic sink sans vanity in new construction, so would hate to think how much it would cost for a new owner to have it done, having to tear up water and drain lines out of the floor insulation. Maybe tie it into the W/D connections. Would have been so easy to put a sink/vanity there in the first place.

This is in the Prarie at Incredible Tiny Homes in Newport, TN. The $200 is the monthly lease of lot.
Is each person responsible for their lot mowing?
Last summer ITH was cutting grass. I am not sure what they are doing now.

Old panels. New ones weren't even in the picture when this style was being made.

Ridiculous Price! A Tiny that Small with Tiny Appliances, Should be 1/2 what they're Asking!
You also have the opportunity to keep it on a leased lot for only $200 a month. Not sure how prevalent those low prices for lot leases.

Living in a cookie cutter tiny village. They stopped making custom homes and have a literal assembly line on the premises where a tweak here and a tweak there few more or less feet and a hefty price tag for a home that will be impossible to ever sell because there’s 100s of like homes.
A new one is $40,000. Is the current owner paying for lawn maintenance ? Is their a local trash disposal to get rid of left behind stuff the new owner doesn’t want ?
