I could live in a tiny home only if I was able to stand up in my bedroom and a regular toilet hooked up to sewer or septic
Also they are situated in a park,very much like mfgd homes ..rent can be raised every year! Better placed on your own land

Getting large furniture up the stairs might be tricky.

@@annn.Actually, the builder is mentioned, way down in the description. Perch and Nest. Acony Bell only has two or three approved builders, though that could've changed with the new owners of the park...
Wow, so much $$ for the house, then $700/mo. Lot rent, plus property taxes and insurance. No thanks. I pay $830/ month for a 1200 sq. Ft. house on almost an acre, with a Huge 2 car garage, and I'm only 45 minutes from Atlanta. That price includes property tax and homeowners insurance.
Nice enough house, but Way too much.
The total costs could be prohibitive compared to other housing options. Your current housing situation sounds like a great value for the space and amenities you get.
Anybody who has a wood-burning stove knows they are notoriously messy!
Wood burning stoves do require a bit of upkeep, but for many, the cozy warmth they provide makes it all worth it! 😊
I do not miss scooping ash but it was pretty warm.
I love a good warm wood stove fire!! They may be messy, but you absolutely cannot beat the warmth and heat they provide!
To the camera person, panning up and down is very annoying, there is no way to get a full picture of the rooms.
Maybe a steady shot next time would help showcase the house better!
