I noticed bowing wood on the inside/outside & a porch leg splintering as you walk towards the back, against the outer wall. Even puddling staining ie does the 🏖️ Beach turn into that? I am thinking of Hurricane Helene etc. On a good note... your videography skills indeed have improved!

No way. What they considered a storage cubby in the bathroom, they could have put a sink and cabinet there. Clothes could be hung in the far back where the washer and dryer is. Not fond of a loft. When I was young I crawled to bed. I’m over that. Overall Amish do good work.

I would much rather buy a home built by the amish over the manufactured pre fab housing that we see today to be honest. My only gripe with this home is it isn't wide enough for me lol. We have an addition on our end of group row home which was 12x32 for my Mother in Law to live in, and she uses our kitchen. So without a kitchen, and I feel that is small. Tiny home living truly takes some ingenuity, and practicing minimalism to live in. More than likely most people will have to have a storage unit for most of their stuff permanently with a home like this unless of course the person is a true minimalist.

I’m confused. I keep hearing Newport, TN on the beach and palm trees growing in the park. There is no beach nor are there palm trees in Newport, TN.

A very nice presentation! If I was designing this house from the start, I'd put the W/D in the bathroom closet space. with a sink/vanity where the toilet is. Plenty of room for a low- profile IKEA sink. I'd put the toilet in the back where the W/D is. That way someone can use the toilet if someone is in the shower/bathroom. It's like adding a half-bath. I'd also put a window in that back room. Too late now, because it would cost a fortune to tear up the flooring and move pipe, drains and electrical. Those stack-able W/D are now over $1200 at Lowes. The porch and skirting look top notch. This house should sell quickly.

Randy featured this home about 9 months ago, selling for $99,900 on the same lot. So I hope these owners can get their asking price- even though it seems high to so many viewers. The living room is a nice space (bathroom not so much), and the back room is better storage than any other ITH model. Thanks for another great video ❤️

The outside colors are awful. 24ft isn’t big enough to live in full time with two people. This might be okay with one.

I know I say this a lot🤣 but the Augusta is a favorite of the Amish built homes due to the laundry / closet/ pantry. The farmhouse sink. My only thing is the 32 inch shower as I am a larger person. But the cement lot is perfect! The $200 is fabulous I pay $487 for a studio apt.
