Great workout! Finally I don't feel like I am dying during the workout. It is enjoyable and at the same time makes me sweat a lot and burn calories.
Forgot to count steps but burned 57 active calories and sweating. Enjoyed some of the new moves added! 💙💙💙

Like most cardio instructors using music you are not moving in time to the music. This makes even loud music like yours seem like ambient music,not really part of the workout. See Leslie Sansone Fitness with Cindy or Dance with Paula. I hope you can see the important difference.
The setting is cute and so are you. However, the music doesn’t match the movements. At all. For those of us with rhythm, it’s hard to match your movements when also matching the beat of the music. Also, the on-screen counter is distracting, especially when the numbers are increasing much more quickly than the actual number of steps you’re doing. Please synchronize things better so we can continue to watch.
