Yeah make sure there's no ticks or knock if it's ticking then it needs a valve adjustment so make sure you lowball them the one main thing to do that I do is drain the oil right in front of them cuz that b**** is gray with medal shavings then the crank is f***** of course look for leaks and make sure it shifts good

😅 jetting depends on a lot of different things like your elevation and outside temperatures, exhaust or head modifications.. The best baseline is going to be the stock jetting settings for your specific bike and then “go from there” with small adjustments.. moving the clip/ or air screw to get it leaner or richer 🤷🏾‍♂️
JD jetting kits are about $75 on eBay, it’s a DIY kit made by professional dirt bike techs. Follow the instructions and your bike will run perfect.

Exactly bro I just got a 08 Trx 700x and the person I had it didn't take very good care of it I already adjust the valves put some Honda Gn oil in it new NGK spark plug a new coolant reservoir with some engine ice new air filter cuz they had a sock on there and new sprockets and chain the motor is meant runs perfect but the plastics are all broke and I don't have the right seat for it having a hard time finding a seat for it in the back fender I can only find it new for $500 on eBay just for the plastic piece they want $250 for a seat that's too much I need to find somebody on marketplace
