I did the sequence twice. I have followed you for years. This is probably one of the most effective flows that I have ever done with you. I have tight shoulders so this really felt great.
As some others have said, this is one of the most effective flows that I've ever done. I've been neglecting my body and posture for a few months because of an injury and it resulted in significant shoulder and neck pain in the past week. I've been trying various exercises for a few days which only helped marginally. I just did this flow twice and I can honestly say that I don't recall when my upper body hasn't felt this open and loose. My breathing is noticeably better and deeper too. The exercise at 8:30 where we lie in half cactus and twist back was absolute magic. I just ignored you for a while, didn't do any reps and hung out in the stretch, then did it for the other side. I did that both times that I went through the video. Thanks so much for all that you do and share Tim. I've never made it through an entire 30 day challenge, always stopping after a week. But this recent pain was too debilitating to not get my act together.
I also did this routine 2x and there is _truly_ a difference in the last. The final exercise is a game changer, all those twists and turning elbows in, wow! My upper body thanks you, Tim. Please do an extended version of this.
Wonderful set of poses, Tim. This will be added to my routine along with the mobility sessions that I positively have benefitted from. Best of all, Tim, you develop your expertise and create these classes because you want your students to feel better. You give SoCal a good name! Drop by the Atlantic coast some time, Tim, the dunes (beautiful) on our National Seashore and the (vicious! LOL!) seagulls await you! Thank you! 🌅☀😎
I did it three times. You are amazing! This was just what I needed. I've been struggling in these areas for a couple of weeks and this particular class has helped tremendously!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Hi Tim! Did it 2x. Huge improvement the second time around. Tomorrow, going to run through it 3x in a row. This is definitely something I need to be doing on a regular basis. Thank you!
Well, now you’re just showing off. Lol. Your knowledge and expertise take center stage during this sequence, Tim, just very thoughtfully designed! I ran through this twice yesterday, and holy wow, the mobility and comfort in my upper body was a relief and a delight. I’m back again today to go through it 3x as you’ve recommended. Thank you ☺️
I feel it! Went for the 3x (third time I changed to standing from the toe squat position) but I definitely felt that mobility flow - thank you for all you do Tim! 🙏🧘
Done 3 times as recommended !! 😊 my shoulders feel amazing, I’m actually quite shocked how much more range I have now that I’ve been practicing with you for a while on CMC thanks for all your teachings I really appreciate it 🙏🏻
I was reluctant to go for a second time, but so glad I did. I've been very tense lately, and the first round my entire back felt like one stiff block. Second round though - I felt so many parts of my upper back loosen up. Like I can breathe much freeer. I'm heading to bed now and I am actually excited about all the tension that's about to release 😅.. I can feel it!
You look just Toby from Dante’s Cove and it’s just giving especially around this time. Just keep doing what you do bro because you’re helping so many people like myself ❤🎉
I just watched the yoga for upper back and neck pain, (the stretching one). Before doing this yoga routine. It feels amazing. I do a video at least twice everyday 😊
Did this sequence 2 rounds just like you suggested and it felt great … stretched different parts of the neck and shoulder … is this something we can do for text neck ? I use my phone a lot, though I try keeping my phone to eye level I still get a bit of discomfort on my right side neck and shoulder
Give it a try. There's also one specifically for neck pain on the channel. In the search bar on my site type in neck Then you’ll see all the neck videos 😉
Is the breath really important? I’m able to follow this routine well, but if I try to breathe like you instruct, I suddenly find everything really difficult and kind off stressful if that makes sense (everything feels so forced).. So I’ve just done the moves without thinking of my breathing, which I find way more relaxing

Sir , can I do some of these while standing ?
This does get a little tough on the knees.
Yah for sure. Or seated in a chair
like a fresh shower for inside the shoulders
Nice! Thanks
Just what I need after trapping a nerve in my shoulder.
Hope it helped 😉

Ah ok. Then follow your own breath. Over time your lung capacity will increase and it wont feel as strained.
I would be more inclined to follow if you wore a t shirt!
Thanks for the feedback 👍
