This man has a story that many people don't even know about. I was active duty in the Marines for 13 years and I have gotten the chance to hear and witness to many stories that people will never hear about because it isn't political or doesn't have to do with a celebrity. That is one of things that really upsets me. Kyle is an amazing individual with an amazing life. I am very happy to been able to serve with and get to know lots of men and women of the same mindset. Thank you, for doing this interview and being ale to share it with us. I am trying to get this video as much exposure as I can, because there are heroes that are among us everyday. To hear Kyle's humility and hearing how much he has experienced, he still wants to serve others and give thanks others instead of taking a path of destruction, which I could completely understand how that could have happened as well. This is one of the best videos that I have seen on The Order of Man. Thank you again and much continued success brother.
I tried to watch this while doing some work, and was completely fixated for an hour and fifty-four minutes. Couldn't do anything but listen. What a powerful interview, and such a humble man. When my kids get a little older, I want them to watch this.
Im Mexican, got injured in an armed robbery. Watching this kind of videos helps a lot to overcome the problems I have. God bless you Kyle, you have a powerful message to all of the world.
this guy is a hero no matter what anyone says and there should be no dislikes because all heroes don't always wear a cape or are invincible and kely deserves all the support and it would be a blessing to get to meet him in person and I am definitely buying his book after watching this podcast
This man is so humble. I did 4 tours in Iraq and Afghanistan as Army Infantry, so I know better than most (but obviously not entirely) what he's been through and I hate it when people say "thank you for your service" or call me a hero - especially when it comes from other vets. Civilians cant even imagine what it is like to say goodbye to their families KNOWING you might not come back. "People sleep peacefully in their beds at night only because rough and rugged men stand ready to do great violence on their behalf."
From the very bottom of my heart I cannot thank you for sharing your experience with me. It gives me such perspective that is not available in school, media, or anywhere else. I live in a bubble and I am so very fortunate thanks to incredible men and women like you who have and continue to lay it all on the line for our freedoms. This podcast should be broadcast in every single school in America to understand the greatness of human beings, the price of freedom, and to give perspective on our lives that we live each day without fear of the enemy at our door. I wish you well Kyle in your future ✌️
This dude doesn't need to write a book. He is the walking incarnation of patriotism and service. He doesnt need to give interviews. One brief hearing of his story is enough to leave anybody speechless. I am ashamed just thinking of all this guy has been thru
WOW! He is a REAL HERO! I want to thank him for his sacrifice so we don't have to worry about terrorist attacks every time we walk out our door. People like Kyle Carpenter keeps them away from our town.
God bless you sir and words are not adequate enough to express mine and America's gratitude towards you and your heroic actions. You are a true American hero thank you from my heart.
Wow! What a miracle it was for Kyle to get a second chance at life! I appreciate being able to hear his thoughts and feelings first hand, God bless him with a long and productive second half. Thank you for your sacrifice and may we always remember it.
I been saying that all the way not only views but subscribers it got to be a million at least, you got all this people that are stupid and no talent millions of views and subscribers and we got a true hero here and only 3.2k views? something is wrong here.
Amazing interview gents - From Canada here - This is so inspiring for every young man or woman. Beautiful in such a scary way. Well done and thank you both.
I would really like to meet the people who disliked this podcast and ask them what their malfunction is. Kyle is the purest personification of patriotism.
Just got his book on audible, stoked to listen to it later. I am by no means someone who agrees with everything the american government and its military have done and do but I have such respect for each of the individuals who offer themselves for the believe to a thing other then themselves and their near relatives.
1:50:08 looks like a shadow figure walking behind the bookshelf. That place haunted. FANTASTIC interview and obviously Kyle is a beast of a human being. Listened to clips first and after hearing a few clips i said, i gotta hear the full interview of a true american hero.
Jacob Strong holy crap you ain’t kidding. I mean it’s probably someone’s shadow as theres quite a few people walking around during the whole podcast but still. Creepy
Watching this very late, great podcast. Wanted to share this. When Kyle was on the roof and he was being worked on by his Doc and the other Marines, the Corpsman had 1 hit of Morphine left, it broke and didnt go into Kyle. Kyle mentions that the doctors said if that Morphine went into his system it would of slowed his heart rate to an extent he couldnt be saved. Crazy.
I don't like war. Nobody should. But that being said, there are certain groups of people that truly do not deserve to be on this earth anymore. People that comprise the likes of the Taliban, Al-Qaeda, and ISIS cowards, who prey on the lives of the innocent, with no regards for the future of their society as a whole. People like that are a direct affront to the human condition. I can't give this guy enough praise for not only pulling his own weight in that fight to save those who don't deserve lives of poverty, and tyranny, but actively making the ultimate sacrifice for it, and walking away a changed man. So, I will just say this: Thank you for your service. You embody what it means to be an American.
I know exactly what he means by regret, I tried to get in but because of being a little shit when I was younger I wasn't able to get in. I'm 38 now and my life choices have been nothing short of bad choices. I try to explain this to my kids and try to explain that you don't want to get stuck in a dead end life style.
This is the masculinity I aspire too. This man and his friends are the men and women that make our western civilization so amazing. Keep it going boys and girls keep fighting. Never give up your 2nd amendment to ensure that it is used to fight for the 1st!!
First of...those who gave thumbs down you are the coward you were born to be! Lowest form of life on the planet! I pray you receive many years of suffering and great personal loss!!! I'm a disabled Army veteran, a Tank commander. My unit, 1st of the 1st Cavalry Blackhawk! Our mission was guarding our section of the Czech/West German border until we went to Desert storm. I commend you for your Service, Kyle! God bless you, Marine!
His scared visage spoke volumes to his character. The split second decision was planned years ago when this kid was raised by true parents. We train for critical reaction and when it is presented before us, the reaction is in your soul and being, period. Nothing makes you think about doing this. There is no time to think.
I was hooked the whole time. This dude is a badass and a great storyteller
He's very thoughtful and his tone of voice is very calm and it draws you into his story.
What a wonderfully softly spoken humble articulate warrior.
Agreed

I know this comment is two years late, but I really appreciate your service man.
Thank you for all you did!
His humility makes him a hero all the more.
I tried to watch this while doing some work, and was completely fixated for an hour and fifty-four minutes. Couldn't do anything but listen. What a powerful interview, and such a humble man. When my kids get a little older, I want them to watch this.
God bless this guy. Respect from Russia.
Why do I read this in a “Russian Accent”
"Remember, No russian."
❤️
So glad I was able to find this full version! Ive seen the smaller clips but watching it whole is so much better. Kyle is a true American badass!
One of the most unselfish grateful human beings I have listened to. Awesome story and Happy Holidays to everyone and there family's.
I’m so inspired by his life, outlook, and care for others. No one will ever forget you, Kyle. Ever.
The words I keep hearing him say most in this interview is "man I'm just so thankful for..." God bless you brother.
I wish I could meet this man so bad. Thank you Kyle, we love you bro.
My dad met him because he lives close to us. We can visit him anytime as they went to the same Marine reserves together
Just wow. This guy is an inspiration to everyone. This should be required viewing for everyone in the US.
There should be millions of views of this interview.
There will be

Kyle Carpenter is so authentic, calm, and articulate. Also, poor Afghan kid with the hand grenade.

joe rogan sucks at interviewing military personal compared to jocko
milkycord yo, what’s some good episodes i should watch could you name a few?
@@TristanB361. Watch Dakota Meyer on Jocko, it's undoubtedly one of the best episodes I've ever watched.
The look in his eyes after the question at 12:55 was a deep look I think that question hit him a bit different
