I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.
Had the pleasure of checking out Solivita in August, the place is beautiful but it's off the beaten path, there is no shopping malls or any good restaurants in the area. Also the traffic is a nightmare! We decided to look elsewhere for a retirement home.
Have you checked out our other videos? We like Four Seasons and some of the Del Webb communities? Have you chosen one yet? It would be great to get your input on what you chose and why.
Solivita HOA/Club fees update: $226 HOA is for neighborhoods with less lawn to maintain, $325 for the rest of the homes. That's all part of the HOA fee including secured gates, common area maintenance and irrigation. Club fees (part of the total monthly amount) was reduced by $100 last year. And HOA fees now include internet 😊
Hello there! This is Sue from this video. Thanks so much for watching! The HOA fees at Solivita are approximately $425/mo., which does include your Solivita Club membership fee. Yes, they do have a CDD, it is $585/yr. If you have any other questions about Solivita, or any of the other communities we have highlighted on UA-cam, or are interested in previously owned homes, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I would be happy to set up a tour for us at any community you have an interest in seeing. Have a blessed day!

Thank you for the question. There are many reasons that living near Disney might be preferred. The entertainment is great and ever changing. If you want to work the theme parks offer benefits including complimentary tickets. And where would your grandkids rather visit? I am sure the Villages are nice but this is truly a magical place to live.
For more information on Del Webb or other 55+ active adult communities please feel free to leave a comment or call or text Sue at 209-559-3532

@@KimberlyMargaret That's actually quite impressive, I could use some Info on your FA, I am looking to make a change on my finances this year as well
@@ElijahReuben- My advisor is Victoria Carmen Santaella;
You can look her up online
Nah I Can't say I can relate, Victoria Carmen Santaella charge is one-off and pretty reasonable when compared to what I benefit in returns.

So glad to hear this! We love the look of Solivita, but we are very active and like to have fun things to do nearby!

@@SueKoptieff Why do the listings on the homes for sale in Solivita vary on HOA fees? Some say $266 or $320/ month?? None say $425/month?

Why not move to the Villages?

And you are closer to the airport to travel to visit family. I would rather travel 30 minutes to get to an international airport instead of 2 hours
