I miss living here in Hunter Creek. I raise my family here lots of great memories A hidden gem in Orlando. Can’t beat the location the A plus Schools and amenities.

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

Solivita HOA/Club fees update: $226 HOA is for neighborhoods with less lawn to maintain, $325 for the rest of the homes. That's all part of the HOA fee including secured gates, common area maintenance and irrigation. Club fees (part of the total monthly amount) was reduced by $100 last year. And HOA fees now include internet 😊

Went there last week. It's one of the nicest restaurants I've been in. Food is amazing. (I am italian so take it from me) Met Paul and he is a really nice guy that takes pride in his food , quality and taste. Nothing but thr highest grade food. Best mozzarella and ricotta cheese I ever tasted.

Why not move to the Villages?

MY MIND IS BLOWN. Checking listings between 380-420k. HOA 800-1000 a MONTH? Cheapest I could find was 650 range! That is insane! Why buy? If you rent, HOA is included along with other goodies. Rent a 2 bd 2 bt apartment under or at 2k! I don't see the return on investment with an out of control HOA! I'd love to buy and live in Celebration, but how can you justify this HOA level on homes that only cost 350-450k? The people buying that type of property most likely can't swing 800 a month just for the 'privilege' of living in celebration. By making more cheap apartments you will lower the standards of living and community quality! I can see it in so many reviews! Apartment buildings aren't kept up. Common areas are left dirty. On and on. This is a pretty backwards community IMHO. Better places to live just as close with far better quality living and homes. NO insane HOAs! AND EVEN GATED! All good though. Free country. Just hope other's see the reality of HOA and how much it adds to the already inflated market! Also, do yourself a favor. Hang around the apartments. See who your neighbors are renting at 1500 a month for 1 bedroom 1 bath. You think your community warrants 1000k HOA, with a 450k 2 bedroom 2 bath condo? What a joke.

Question? We're considering moving to Orlando from out of state, and we keep hearing that homeowners insurance has gone thru the roof in Florida. Is this true in the Orlando area or is it a coastal issue? Orlando is obviously less vulnerable than coastal cities to hurricanes, does this reflect in the cost of insurance?

Great video. Hunter creek is an incredible hidden gem in Orlando. Some things you left out. It’s has its own soccer club for kids travel team and recreational. Also its own baseball club for recreational. You have the shingle creek trail inside the community where you can fish and kayak love the section behind the middle school so much shade great spot for a picnic. All the schools are A schools in the area. There’s many unique mom and pop restaurants Frutta bowls the vintage speak easy tavern at the creek just to name a few. And the community is extremely active come check out bunny in the park 3/30 it will be lots of fun. And there’s so much shopping available 2 minutes drive to the loop. Great video
