Didn’t expect 3 bedrooms and a bath upfront to the left. Oh the primary has pool access. Appreciate the his/hers and linen closet. Good size en-suite. Dining room/2 living rooms/kitchen/nook. Laundry. Another bedroom & bath with pool access. Nice backyard. Covered lanai & enclosed beautiful large pool and still green space. Yesssss to the 🥑 tree. 2nd home like the elevation. Oh a circular driveway. Doesn’t look like a 5-bedroom from the front. Hey Mabel. Don’t like the kitchen in front and in view. Thought I was seeing the faucet through the window. Like the floors. Big primary with pool access. En-suite a little small as well as the closet. Oh bedroom 2 has an en-suite. The kitchen at least is nice. I keep hearing all the insurance companies are leaving FL and if you can find insurance its ridiculously expensive. We live in South Georgia and I would like to move back to FL once this market crashes and prices come back down to planet earth.

The first house was good. No offense, but I am tired of viewing floorplans designed for investors that have no closet space, cabinets in the kitchen, or room in the garage. Living full time in Florida requires a different living space than a house for temporary residents.

All new construction houses in Florida have no storage. That's why everyone uses their garage as storage and parks outside.
