Great battle report...one of the best for showing the tactical complexity that comes with the activation mechanic. Stormhammers seem good...artillery no so much...terminators on deep strike are always cool.

As others have mentioned the Firestorms arent auto hits and the ogyrns couldve charge straight through the building on turn 1. Awesome game though, looked fun :)
I feel your pain with the "16 dice hitting on 6s". I had the same with an overwatch last weekend, firing four sabres into a detachment of rhinos full of marines that I was hoping to wipe out. Not a single hit!
Also the making roll for guys in the building on those malcadors isn'ts the "friendly" way, it's the "Gimp an already struggling unit" way. Infantry in buildings is, bar nothing, the best thing in the game. We ABSOLUTELY don't need LESS ways to hurt them
8:23 maybe irrelevant but infantry can move through building. No need to go around it. Straight line through. Might have needed back bit more? (maybe. Hard to say from video :) )
Great battle report. I thought the Malcador Infernus would need to roll to hit any models under the template on a 4+, I don’t think the hits are automatic? It’s a further 4+ if a model is partly under the template to see if it can be targeted followed by a 4+ to hit?
I might be playing it wrong... isnt shooting and combant after moving (and after first fire).. ie everything moves (as per normal activation order) and then you go back through and do first fire then combat then normal shooting?

You are correct: Either this is house ruled or just wrong. It's Move, First Fire, "Melee" and then Shooting.
I think it is point defence using the special rule after moving - was a little surprised that havoc's are, but they do appear to be

sadly the artillery company does suck a lot. Also walkers aren't slowed by terrain
