I'm here for all of this! I'm in the process of switching up what my routine is so these are perfect. I love to deadlift and had to work on proper form. Any recommendations the number of reps?
You can always just start off with 3 sets, 10-12 reps but the goal is the go heavy with good form each set with at least a 1:30-2 minute rest in between sets💕
So I'm quad dominant and have been working on building glutes so yeah all of these work outs are key! Also your build is beautiful ain't no flaws and that dump truck! Girl damn!

Would definitely fif these in my workout routine in the past month I’ve actually added a lot of weight training i do 30 minutes of cardio and an hour of weights now.

My trainer Mocha Lee Fitness... does all of those with me. When i say you speaking the truth on deadlifts...
I do very good squats always could.. my fav i have many..i really like hand release pushups.. and have good form.
My least which I'm doing much better are Russian twists with my feet off the ground.
It's finally how I've been working out with my trainer Mocha Lee (also my very friend) 10 months..i could barely do anything and now can do a side plank and twist my body under and back up.. still need to be better on my pushups...
