If Black people stuck together for a decade, we’d be back on top.

Gotta have codes that we all obey and enforce on each other when broken. Accountability is key

I watched South Central (1992) a few weeks ago. BET used to play it from time to time back in the day.
Such a great movie filled with messages that holds up today. 🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿

Nipsey was talented asl, but he was a gangbanger, and a misogynist, and a colorist. He had a down to earth persona, but he was what he wanted to be, he was conscious, but he was still a part of the dangers of our society like a lot of these ninjas. Why is everyone trying to turn him into some Jesus, or martyr is insane. He was cool, but the sensationalism of him is something to see, even 5 years later. This was an awesome interview. Much love to you, and Mr Donald, I wish I could hear more of him.

This interview reminded me of Milton Samuel J. Wright, who became the first and only person of African descent known to have had a face-to-face conversation with Hitler, which helped to disprove the pseudo-scientific claims of inherent differences in intelligence between ethnic groups. "Hitler asked, "'Don't you think your people are destined perpetually to be slaves of one kind or another?' and replied, 'Yes! Your people are a hopeless lot. I don't hate them... I pity the poor devils.'" ua-cam.com/video/YBHUDZMb3y0/v-deo.html
