He's saying the truth; however, Vinny Mook wasn't looking to kill him nor Nino Gaggi. That was a real mistake and/or sin. When Vinny got blown up but survived, that should have been payback enough, especially after seeing The Godfather because Don Corleone wouldn't even kill those guys that raped the daughter of Amerigo Bonasera. I only bring up the movie because so many mobsters have praised the film and stated that it was a good reflection of "The Life." I don't blame RIP🪦 Dominick, like the retired detective said, Dominick could have been killed for refusing. I blame Roy and especially Nino. Killing Vinny (after blowing him up) was so unfair, and it was bad Karma. We all know what happened to Roy DeMeo, and Nino Gaggi died of a heart attack at age 62. This is an excellent documentary film, and perhaps it will become a movie in the future. Dominick Montiglio's story hits me like no other. I've listened to many testimonies from former criminals, but none have resonated with me as deeply as his. When he speaks, you can feel the weight of his pain and regret in every word. It's almost unbearable to hear sometimes, especially when he talks about his dreams and the haunting visions of his past. His journey from a vibrant young person with so much potential in music and sports to someone ensnared by darkness and crime is heartbreaking. His story isn't just about the consequences of his actions; it's about the profound struggle with evil and the devastating impact it had on his life. What strikes me most is his honesty and raw emotion. In his interviews, he doesn't sugarcoat his mistakes or the depths of despair he experienced. His dream about Roy DeMeo calling him to hell is chilling-it's a stark reminder of the spiritual and moral battles he faced. Listening to Dominick's testimony isn't just about hearing a cautionary tale; it's about witnessing a soul grappling with redemption and the aftermath of bad choices. It reminds me of the importance of resilience and the power of personal transformation. His story serves as a poignant reminder for me to choose a path of goodness and resilience in the face of temptation and darkness.

"Joey Dracula". Goddamn, only the MOB comes up with these nicknames. Wonder if Dom would be surprised seeing one of the Gemini twins getting out like Senter has.
They really should of made a great movie about him he was way more interested then Henry hill they missed the boat of that could of be a classic movie if a great director would of made it it’s ashame they never did but thanks for making this about him I enjoyed this very much
Ross this doc was really well done. Even better than the solo interviews on youtube. Hope your doing good man, if Scorsese wasnt so old i would hope he'd take a look at this as a project.
Hey Ross, hope you’re doing well. I know Joey and Anthony very well and the whole Testa family. When Roy was, gone, they came under big Frank Lastorino. And hung out extensively at the Canarsie lounge, which was my second home away from home. I had helped deliver white envelopes with big bucks from a bookie friend to Roy,flanked by Joey & Anthony at the Gemini..That was great friends with the owner of the Canarsie lounge who I also knew very well. I know a lot of different stories also from all of the years, “After the Gemini” !!! And during when they would hang out at the Canarsie lounge from 1975 through 1983 pretty much because it was right around the corner from Joey and Anthony lived anyway. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me as I will be retiring from Bus driving down in Broward county, Fort Lauderdale area in April or May 2025. I’ll have plenty of time to tell stories with you.

Thank you for uploading.
This is similar to cocaine cowboys set in the same era raw gritty haunting atmosphere real as it gets RIP Dominic
humans, true humans, never stop inventing themselves. great story; great life.
I paid for this story last year ,and he has 1 of the best stories out their
Dom was a smart and really tough guy. Not to forget he was a Green Beret and did long range reconnaissance behind the lines in Vietnam . A hero and also a Mob associate.
I’m at the 38 minute mark. He can laugh about murders ect as though nothing fazes him yet it’s amazing how just thinking of his dad can bring such strong emotion.
"Joey Dracula". Goddamn, only the MOB comes up with these nicknames. Wonder if Dom would be surprised seeing one of the Gemini twins getting out like Senter has.
He would have been shocked, especially knowing how utterly ruthless and depraved those guys were when it came to the business they were doing.
Dominick Montiglio is a fuckin legend. We need a movie. His life is far morw interesting than anything i can think of recent anf long ago.
They really should of made a great movie about him he was way more interested then Henry hill they missed the boat of that could of be a classic movie if a great director would of made it it’s ashame they never did but thanks for making this about him I enjoyed this very much
What an awesome documentary. I've seen a few on DM, but this was the best. The music was very Chilling at times. Thank you.
R.I.P. DOM .
Ross this doc was really well done. Even better than the solo interviews on youtube. Hope your doing good man, if Scorsese wasnt so old i would hope he'd take a look at this as a project.
Bought this years ago and loved it. Classy move uploading for free 👌
I’ve watched all your videos about Dom ! His life story is incredible!
About time the whole thing was put up.
