    Could you do a video on atlas stones and how an athlete can incorporate them to improve there triple extension. Awesome video

    Waiting on that jumping program Chris!
    BTW, do those old school rules around plyometrics and minimum levels of strength still hold true? For example: I'm not even supposed to be doing plyometric jumping until I can squat 2.5x my body weight. If that's the case, I'll likely never be able to do plyometrics according to those "rules".

    Thats mean for explosive or what?

      Push
      Pull
      Lunge
      Bend
      Squat
      Twist
      Gait (walk)
