Waiting on that jumping program Chris! BTW, do those old school rules around plyometrics and minimum levels of strength still hold true? For example: I'm not even supposed to be doing plyometric jumping until I can squat 2.5x my body weight. If that's the case, I'll likely never be able to do plyometrics according to those "rules".
