Which Ordinary shampoo are you using? In the UK, The Ordinary has a Sulfate 4% Cleanser Shampoo. Is this the one that you use, please? Many thanks

I use Shimmer light shampoo. My hair is totally gray. Is this a sulfate free shampoo?
@@pamholland7143 Shimmer Lights contains sulfates. It is a very strong and drying shampoo, make sure to use it only once a week or less depending on how often you wash your hair. I’d find an alternative if your hair is dry.
