I went to a few restaurants and butchers across Japan
I've had it before, it tastes delicious, the meat is soft, it's incomparable to A5 wagyu beef
I got a New York strip flight and the A5 portion was awesome, but the more cooked edges were more pleasant in the mouth. On normal steaks I’m a medium rare guy, but the medium edges were nicer with all that fat
I love wagoo steak ❤️
WTF what is wagoo? 😂
Im pretty sure its slim
Garp: More rare than medium.

I fully disagree with the statement that wagyu is best served rare!
MBS 12 Wagyu A5 is too rich to be served rare, it can even handle being served well done.
I find medium (not medium rare) is the best for a piece of rib eye like the one shown on screen
I'm for medium too❤...rare 😫
@tacodias finally someone who enjoys somewhat cooked meat! 😂 I am definitely not of that ‘Rare-undercooked’ culture and I don’t care what a 3-star Michelin chef has to say about it. My steak must be cooked at least medium, better…medium well!
@@BaniAadama with me it’s specific for high intra muscular fat cuts. I still like my sirloin medium rare. But hey… have your steak how YOU LIKE IT! You’re the boss of your food
@@BaniAadama Agreed 🤝
@@tacodias you Sir/Mrs are a connoisseur 😄
