My favorite part was Linus being annoyed they didn’t have a LTT store mousepad for her but she committed to getting and using one… then 3 months later for the big reveal, still no mousepad.

@@Blafard666 Huge TikTok star, and she does Tiktoks/short form video's like YT shorts. They're actually really high effort, and even as someone that DESPISES the cringe Tiktok dances etc... I had a blast watching some of her back catalogue.

1:19 it was about 20 years ago, but a friend once showed me his bootup error saying 'no keyboard found, press any key to continue'.
My guess is that if it was a boot sequence without any major errors it's coded to display "Press Any Key to continue."
When there is no keyboard, it goes "Heyo I detected no Keyboard but that doesn't affect boot but display a warning."
Since it went "No issues with boot" it displays the "Press any key to continue " by default just after displaying "No Keyboard found"
There's nothing stopping you from plugging in a keyboard afterwards and having it work.
If there's a hardware error, like ram, that could stop a boot and you'd have to reboot to detect the fix. However you can plug in a keyboard and use it without a reboot.
In addition, some motherboards I've used that display "any key" will detect a mouse click and continue. UEFI bios motherboards with good mouse control.
@@kadragon3764 u know 20 years ago if u plug in keyboard in ps2 after u turn on pc it would never detect it, heck even some older pc with only usb2.0 would not detect any device at post after turning on and then plugin it in.
@@pilot554 yes I understand, but I'm saying the reasoning why SOME show it that way is that they'll detect it. In addition, USB 1.0 was released 26 years ago, it is possible that they had USB keyboard support and would have detected a USB keyboard plugging in, even though it was far less common then

That everything must go line from kris really hits different. When me and my sister were on the final night of moving out from our house, we were sleep and food deprived that we just ended up throwing everything away.
That was nice! Especially the part where she just says „The Speakers are great!“ or „The screwdriver is cool!“ - that’s so natural and a peak into why stuff is tested and then reviewed as better then other stuff
