I just got out of a relationship where I was betrayed and lied to behind my back. She married her ex the day after she broke up with me through txt. She ghosted me and her mom told me what she had done. This all happened August 4th 2019. I started trying to find myself again and watching these 2 genuine inspirational human beings helped me a little more in finding myself, to keep pushing, to give value to the people I surround myself with, and to be genuine with love and a open heart. I’m still hurt from the betrayal but I will never give up. I’m starting college again soon and I can’t wait to see what life brings me with open arms. Love from Biloxi, MS❤️❤️

This podcast really spoke to me. Within the last 3 months, I re-connected with a creative side that has long been buried by LIFE. I have rediscovered PASSION for something that I haven't felt in a long time. The part of this podcast that resonated with me is acknowledging your attributes - reminding yourself of them and voicing them. AMAZING PODCAST! THANK YOU JAY AND JUSTIN!

The truth is the easiest and the hardest at the same time
Easy - because it is very natural and don't demand a lot of energy to manifest (compared to lies)
Hard - because too many don't want anything to do with it and at times make you feel like alien

I love how the whole idea of the podcast revolves around learning and applying it. Justin admits he's in a daily fiesta of learning and applying, Jay couldn't be learning less with all his meaningful podcasts he hosts and finally it's a beautiful journey for the listeners to get to the end and have Jay encourage the listeners to apply one thing we've learnt from the talk. It's an interconnected loop of learning from one another and all the more being humble about it and how the genuity of intention and deeds of both these individuals flows out of the screen in a pure way. Much love to both ❤️

Thank you for your inspiration. I heard Justin’s Tedtalk which drew me to listen to this podcast. I have taken many points out this conversation and have every intention of working on a few things:
    1. The Why ladder (as I heard this part, I immediately thought of a friend of mine who asks this of everyone in almost every conversation and I smiled)
    2. Our purpose is to serve
    3. I love the quote “where there is love, nothing is too much trouble and there is always time” -SO TRUE!!!
    4. How fast can we apologize? Be sincere when you’re sorry and when you are grateful.
    5. You can’t have happiness unless you are content with what you have.
Thanks again for the reminder and the inspiration!

After watching this episode I was so moved, I watched the first episode of my last days with Zach Sobeich and then five feet apart. Needless to say, I laughed, cried, sobbed, but most importantly felt gratitude for this moment. And this breath. I hope, that I too can find the faith you both beautifully emanate. Anywhoo, so as not to make this post any longer...let me close by saying - THANK YOU (and as I enjoyed all the way to the end, I truly hope you all are able to break bread with your wives, as it would be e.pic)
Sending gratitude, love and light to us all

I loved this conversation. That void or rather many voids, and the whys Justin spoke about and delved into, soooo true. I think it's something we can all relate to. Ultimately it all leads to that one question, why are we here and what meaning does our life have? Personally I think that's why so many of us in today's world more than ever seek such likes on social media, or want to be loved by many or remembered in some way for doing good/making a difference so that our lives feel fulfilling/meaningful and it fills that void...question is, does it really?
All we can do is act with good intentions of trying to better ourselves and helping/serving others on their journey too.
Thank you for this Jay, Justin + team/everyone that worked on this and all the vids that are uploaded. You guys really are such beautiful, kind souls

Thank you Jay for the meaningful podcasts. This is one of my favorites. It makes me want to leave my phone and look at what's in front of me. Most of us live our lives for social media, the "why's" of what we do is mostly answered: so that I can post this on social media. It hit me so hard because it is me. And made me want to have deeper purpose for everything I do and what will do. It hurts to admit it but most of us live so that we can post it.

7.49 you captured something I have had trouble explaining but the reason I wasn't one of the guys what my anatomy, I'm a trans guy. Thank you for being so vulnerable and open. I sent your man enough video to my dad. I'm hoping it will bridge the gap between our talk about why it's not okay to be hateful to trans girls. Most trans phobia or as I call it hating of trans people is based in toxic masculinity. So thank you for being a part of change that might make my girlfriend more safe as one day there will be more men aware of toxic masculinity and you will be one of the reasons.

I love Jay's self-evaluation process ... discerning the "seeds from the weeds"! In the old days, some called it 'examination of conscience'. Plus, Justin's three whys - going deeper each time to 'peel the onion'. But, of all the valuable content, I loved this most: "Not everything that a man knoweth can be disclosed, nor can everything that he can disclose be regarded as timely, nor can every timely utterance be considered as suited to the capacity of those who hear it.” Bahá’u’lláh

That's so good "stop being mean to my husband" because we will often be so much meaner to ourselves than we would ever let ourselves or our loved ones be treated by anyone else.
Also, men, please realize that if I shared these reflective masculine vids it's much less impactful than if you do. Yes you will be helping to make this world safer for women, but it is also helping men, yourself, your kids etc to be able to be more their true selves, and saves mens lives too (asking for help when physically or mentally sick, growing meaningful relationships that support health & happiness etc).

What is needed more among humanity ? Compassion matters , Genuine gratitude matters abundantly. Compassion is mercy in action. Wholehearted Love matters. Spiritual Fortitude and values matters abundantly.
Spiritual development matters abundantly. Spiritual development starts at home. Spiritual Rehabilitation begins at home. Spiritual purpose for life matters abundantly.
Spiritual healing matters abundantly. Opening up my figurative heart starts at home. Study the scriptures on purpose.
Listening to podcasters helps me to open up my figurative heart abundantly. Such as Jay Shetty, Jordan B Peterson , Les Brown , David Brooks, Bobby Bones , Richard V Reeves and Christine Emba, Television personality Rush Limbaugh , Barbara Walters , Motel Williams , Oprah Winfrey.

So important for us to 1. Know that we know very little in the scheme of the universe (and be intrigued instead of scared by that) and 2. NOT want to be in a cozy echo chamber all the time, to be flexible and open with our ideas, perspectives and actually learn from other aka communicate aka do the thing with our huge brain that they evolved specifically to do; connect, think, learn, and yes also be aware of our species innate spiritual sense as well
