“Just because you write the book on masculinity, doesn't mean you ever arrive.” - Justin Baldoni
"Growth is not linear" - Justin Baldoni
"Even when I make mistakes, my mistakes are perfect." - Liz Plank
"This life is a workshop." - Justin Baldoni

An exercise from Jamey:
“Reflect today on one person in your life that you can detach yourself from your ego about how you may have offended someone, and go to them and apologize. Randomly. It will do something to you, and look at what it does to them when they unexpectedly get acknowledgement from you for a way that you could have been better, and you see it and recognize it.”

“I’m not a terrible person, I’m a work in progress.” Justin comes back and drops this banger of a line lol thank you all for this work! It’s been so helpful and healing :)
Justin already back dropping the one liners 🔥
Man Justin, it was about time for you to get back. You were missed!
we missed you Justin. This one just hit my heart again. You are all beautiful humans.... thank you for doing that, for reminding all of us to keep striving for grace, accountability, compassion, self-work. You don't only remind it by words but by how you all talk to each other, the love you express constantly among yourselves. Thank you all, really. Means the world.
Yay! Justin is back! And the three together doing their thing, so beautifully! I have often thought through the years that a director of a play has the job of instructing, on motivation, when, where to come on stage, all the details. And then when the play begins, the director sits in the audience. Can't jump up on stage and start correcting! Many times as a parent thought of this.
It’s absolutely wonderful to have the privilege to hear you, connect with you and be reflected on the things you go through. I appreciate so much your existence and your souls. Thank you for being 🫂🦋🤍.
Thank you. Glad you're here with us.
We missed you justin!!!

Justin I love what you said we're a work in progress and when we leave our body we'll be sanctified. Mean while we will stumble trip and fall and we just have to acknowledge it and go forward.
Thank you for sharing!
Thank you❤. Jamey so glad you brought up about apologising to someone. It is very therapeutic both ways😊
I love all three . We all need to hear this. God bless you all.

I love, appreciate, and adore you three. Thank you for being shining examples of vulnerability, and the magic and beauty of imperfection. Thank you for sharing your stories, your wins, your challenges, and yourselves. And P.S. I love Liz's slippers 😆

Great conversations. I really appreciate you guys sharing your work in progreses. Can I dump in two cents here? We do not have to 'arrive'' somewhere. There's no need to because our light as in work in progress will always continue to the day we cease. Our journeys will always continue with up and downs and filled with many gratitudes.
Thank you so much for sharing ❤️
por ustedes le echo ganas a la vida 🥺
❤💯❤️💯❤️💯
The fact that "alpha male" podcast Fresh n Fit has more views and you guys have less views is sad and scary. Critize fresh n fit podcast, talk about Andrew tate, make it controversial, heat things up, you'll get more views.
Thank you for your feedback!
