Never heard of this amazing place before! thanks for the walk-thru!
Thanks. Unfortunately I heard they closed this location after covid.......
Theyre alright. I go there every time I'm in Portland. They moved to a smaller space in the mall so it's not as awe inspiring anymore. They mark up their prices and seem to hoard the harder to find stuff. I remember my first time there, they had several dozen, 50+ each or more of the 332nd ahsoka troopers, ahsoka, loyalists and super commandos and priced around $60 a piece. It was no wonder I couldn't find any at walmarts around me, they bought them all up. Staff isn't really that friendly either, asking them questions always seems like a big inconvenience to them.
So sorry to hear that. I would have loved to have visited this store when it was still at this location but at the end of the day I really miss the days of Toys R Us when you could always count on going down your favorite aisle and seeing great stuff on pegs....Im talking 80's and 90's. lol
Oh yeah, im a late 80s-90s kid so I know what you're saying. I really miss toys r us too haha. Being an adult collector now really makes me realize how much we took for granted and didn't even realize what we had until it was gone. I really miss the days of going down toy aisles and seeing full pegs of every figure you could want. Those were the days
I’m from Australia 🇦🇺 and I’m so jealous, the most Star Wars we get is in our local target. (Which only has like 3 black series figures).
Well if it makes you feel better. We weren't at this store, thats the boys uncle who was visiting Portland and got to shoot that video for us to see. Here in the states we don't really have alot of good toy stores on the East coast. The midwest and the west coast are where you see more toy stores and shops. Thanks for watching.
I'm from Italy 🇮🇹 and thankfully there's Amazon that ships here but for sure I wish there was a store like that here in Rome
Hawai'i' gets no love either. Amazon and Fee-Bay all day.
Better than england
It's actually at the Washington Square mall in Tigard, Oregon. Been there, tons of stuff there. But I didn't have a great experience there, the store employees weren't too helpful.
That's sad to hear. My brother in law went and he and his wife shot that footage for us. I wish we had a store like that here on the east coast....and not at Disney.
I agree Lamarr. I called the store to ask if they had a Sail Barge for sale. They said they would drive one from their Clackamas store for me to pick up the next day. I offered my phone number in case they couldn't make the deadline, but said it wouldn't be a problem. The owner would drive the Barge to the store. I showed up the next day at the agreed time and they said they couldn't bring the toy. It was too big for the owner's vehicle. I was pissed. I told the three people standing at the register they not only lost a $1,300 sale, but they lost a customer. I ended up buying the Barge from a guy in Portland who drove half way to meet me for a pick up. They've downsized the store 3 times since this video was recorded. I doubt they will last in the mall location.
@@JEDITOYMASTERSI went to Washington Square Mall in April 2023 and the store is closed and gone. I even wore my Star Trek shirt to see how they react.
Heaven on earth.
WOW, there’s no telling how long I will be in that store! I wish I had something like this where I live at. We have a few comic stores, and they’re good. Like, real good. But, they don’t have EVERYTHING Star Wars like this! We do have vintage figures, too, though.
I don’t think I’d ever leave. Honey! I’m home! Lol
If I went into a store like that...
My mouth would hang open & I would be smiling with excitement.
Odds are, I'd walk out of there with at least 1 or 2 figures.
I live at the other end of the country, but we still have some cool local shops that can be chock full of Star Wars stuff like this.
I know....this place looks amazing.
Is there really any other way?
I can't believe this has been 4 years ago when you put this up. I never knew this story even existed.😮😮😮. Can anything be done to get one in my Mall in Valdosta Georgia? It would never be empty I know that.
I'm from Italy 🇮🇹 and thankfully there's Amazon that ships here but for sure I wish there was a store like that here in Rome
Thank you for watching, my brother in law visited that store and sent me the footage. I am dying to go one day.
I also live in Rome and was wishing the same thing. We had a big store in the suburbs, Orrizonte, which unfortunately was burnt down so yeah, Amazon and Ebay it is.
This looked amazing.
I KNOW.......lol
I think Disney World should have a lightsaber dojo for sparring with lightsabers (possibly lightsabers they provide that are more durable to use while there instead of the other lightsabers you buy) and even an extra service where you get a lesson on basic duelling
Thats a good idea....we can't wait to experience Galaxies Edge.
I don’t live to far from the Washington mall and it’s a nice mall. However they just moved this store to a new area in the mall…. More up front near the entrance. And it’s much much smaller then where it was located before. They have pretty much anything Star Wars and tons of action figures. Just a little pricy though.
Yeah I heard they moved...bummer. With a store so big and so much inventory I could imagine there figures would be a bit overpriced. It's a shame because brick and mortar stores are great to have. Thanks for watching.
Yeah, they moved to a very small location beside the video game store. The owner was there one day when I visited and said the next move would be out of the mall altogether. They can't afford the rent.
Very cool
That was amazing
I know, wish we were there but grateful my brother in law was able to do such a nice tour of the place for us. Thanks for watching, please check out some of our other videos and spread the love.
I need to go there it looks incredible
This store looks badass.
I know....I heard it relocated to a smaller space. Sad.
@@JEDITOYMASTERS Ah, that sucks.
In Texas we have a store called “order 66” which is based only on Star Wars
Sweet....I've heard of it. Where exactly? My brother lives in Austin.
@@JEDITOYMASTERS idk
I in San Angelo Tx that was so crazy
I kNOW!!! Thanks for watching.
Unfortunately your video is out of date. I live in Portland and this store has downsized at least three times since it entered Washington Square Mall. The owner/manager said the next time they will be leaving the mall. They won't be moving to any other locations.
Oh wow...really. Thats so sad to hear.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That’s Disney for you.
All of them.........
One of my favorite places on earth....happy to call the owners my friends
Thats cool...I wish I was there in person. Would love to visit one day. Thanks for watching.
can I order through you? haha
Haha I live right by it
That was my brother in law giving the tour...I can' wait to go.
never put price stickers on the toys cards or bubbles. value goes way down.
I am looking for Cantina band set 3.75
I believe they have an online store as well. Check them out.
OMG!! Where is this shop, Love it.
Portland....
I guess I'm moving to Portland Oregon.
Not so fast...I hear they are no longer at that location. I think they downsized.
100th like somehow.
How do they get so much older stuff like saga collection, rots line and so on
they still have it from when it was new and didn't sell.
Send me here.
Cool video and an amazing store. But that music...why would they choose to use the horrible synthesized version when they could play John Williams' masterpieces? I feel sorry for the staff.
Thanks for watching. The music in the video is music that I put in the video because the music playing in the store was actually John Williams score. However, because of UA-cam copyright issues, you would not be able to have that original score in a UA-cam video make sense? Anyway, it is an amazing store and it’s unfortunate that they moved to a smaller location from what I hear.
@@JEDITOYMASTERS Sorry man, I wasn't intentionally having a go at you. I just thought it was playing in the store. Good to hear they were using the original score in the store 👍
@@sol767 All good. No worries. May the Force be with you!
Where is this store located at?
Where is this store I need to know please tell me
Portland...thanks for watching. Follow them on IG
@@JEDITOYMASTERS thank you
Where is this? Wish I was there.
Portland....I wish I was there too, my brother in law went and shot that video for me.
how much were the 3.75 inch figures?
Prices vary....My brother in law went and shot all that video for us. I can't wait to go check it out.
@@JEDITOYMASTERS no worries! I’ll be visiting that store this fall. I’d like to know what they charge for vintage figures so I’ll call and comment here on what they say lol
Just like that because of all the new garbage Star Wars Movies. Disney killed this store. It’s a shame because I loved visiting.
🥲
Where is this place, and what state is it in
Portland...but not at that location anymore, they downsized.
Washington Square Mall, Tigard Oregon. But the store is closed and gone. 😢
I'm beginning to think they should have named it Mostly Star Wars Store.
lol
🤣
They aint a toy store without any lego.
LOL!!! My son's would agree.
To bad someone hacked their website.
Can you get me a clone wars l.a.a.t clone gunship?
For $440, of course! Their prices are pretty high. I almost bought one from them just because of how hard they are to find brand new. I almost fainted when I saw the nearly $500 price tag. I ended up finding one brand new in box for $250 at a different store.
@@Justin-id3km wow that is a bit pricey! Though that’s about right for one in the un open box. Fortunately for me I found the lucky Lou version about a month ago for 250 complete and even had the o.g. Box he sent with it. The box was a little beat but I’m an open 3.75 collector. I can’t have a figure inside the package…lol no matter how many I have! It is the kid in me
I'm the same way haha. I got an unopened attack of the clones version for $250 and opened it right up. I got the bigger bubble turrets you can put the clones in to go with it. The LAAT is way too cool to keep in the box.
No, no ,NO! it's not a SW store if it has other stuff in it.
LOL
All crap.
tear drop......
It really is. Most of the good stuff is way over priced. I like going there when I'm in Portland because we don't really have anything like it in Washington, but the high prices and poor selection makes it hard to buy anything there.
I'm personal friends With the owner Dustin ray The master prop replicas Is boba Fett blaster That sits at the front of the store I am the original owner of that blaster Me and Dustin did some In store credit trading
Where is this located?
Portland.....my brother in law visited and sent me all that amazing footage.
