The Golden Hind in London + some amazing history lessons from one of the guides. 9/9/2022.

The Golden Hind in London = one I filmed early evening yesterday. Must say "I really did enjoy this one"
We get a great history lesson "from one of the on board guides" = where she tells us about The original Golden Hind & what life onboard it was like, for Tudor era mariners & explorers /pirates! Then she tells us about the recreation of the Golden Hind "that we see today" & how it, likes the original "circumnavigated the world"
It's home is now in the permanent dry Dock of St Catherine Overie in Southwark London.

Awesome ship. Would love to go back to London and see it. The Tudor era is always so fascinating, the edge of Medieval and colonial age.
