The footwork in the spear player with the shield was amazing. Brilliant gameplay and combos their and he hardly lost any stamina. He would of had you but when you dropped the spear and used your close combat secondary it threw him off guard very quickly.
They were a good fighter for sure. 2H spear not good for 1v1s but yeah they definitely got thrown off by the hatchet. It’s basically the polar opposite to the spear. Longest weapon to one of the shortest weapons.

You’re right. Many times I forget charge and tackle exists.
Chivalry 2 should make it where you crouch you instantly slow down
I think crouching stops your forward momentum when attacking. It's a common technique used manage distance.

I've been complaining about this weapon since I've been playing the game, but how can it be changed without just ruining it?

This is the only game where sometimes I get 0 ping. Probably a bug. In cs2 it always says I have 10 ping even if Im lagging badly haha.

The siege crossbow is like an anti-material rifle.
The spear is the hardest weapon in the game to use. Any fairly experienced player will take a spearman down as they only use Stab. More then 1v1 and you will get pounded using the spear.
2H spear is a fantastic team fight weapon. It’s easiest in terms to learn. Just use stab. Big reason why for most of human history spears, then spears and shields, then pikes were used.

I like English but it’s very confusing for new people to learn. Here in Australia we have our own version with lots of slang which confuses other English speaking countries haha. Not to mention I’m from Western Sydney and we have our own lingo.
its not an easiest weapon. it probably is a hardest weapon. ur enemies at the video are just stupid noobs who dont shorten range, dont dodge, don use their brains XD if u meet more then 1 enemy u r instantly dead, cuz u arent able to operate this weapon properly. and u was luky this time. let someone else try to use ur tatctic and he wold be dead in a few seconds XD

Spear is strong which is why competitive format usually limits to 2 spears per team. I don't do this in the video but the jump stabs are very hard to defend against paired with the longest reach in the game it's great. But yes you are probably right. Halberd is arguable easier to use. 2 shots on heavy attacks and is only slightly shorter than spear.
