Archer tip, you can jab or swing your bow in melee to interupt a charging enemy in a pinch
yep but I always forget that hahahahahahaaha
I just unlocked the warbow, i miss a lot (more than what i do with crossy or longbow)
Loved the game play bro! Hope to see more war-bow contents, love from Bangladesh
It will take some time to learn the mechanics of the warbow but when you do it will be great 💪
Some of my good friends are from Bangladesh :)
14:55 Yeah, all three of them
Some really nice shots in there! love the archer content. Any chance there will be highlightcompilations? Stay strong💪
Cheers lad! I suppose I could save highlights here and there but to be honest working with 4k footage is a pain. Large file sizes and processing are a nightmare even when proxies. If I ever tone down back to 1440p then I will start saving clips. Otherwise I make shorts when something cool happens.
i dont know the game tho i feel like bro is doing more damage to his team than to the enemy XD
Team damage is inevitable in this game. Th3 damage I deal to teammates is far less than what melee players will do to each other.
So biggest question of all:
What do you think is better for the team, a great archer or a good crossbowman ?
Good question.
In short, a longbowman. Better weapon to deal damage vs crossbow to secure kills, movement to rotate where you’re needed while fighting, and spatial awareness to select targets. Crossbowman ability is better but the weapon is not as good.
In long, easily a great archer. When considering mostly chest shots a war bow 1 shots archers, 2 shots vanguards, 3 shots footmen and knights. Crossbows cannot 2 shot vanguards or 1 shot archers.
The higher mobility of bow weapons allows you to traverse the battlefield more fluidly to get where you are need and do fighting retreats. You will die a lot as crossbowman if you try to retreat while taking potshots. Your choice of a fighting position is more important especially when considering cover, concealment, and exit routes.
Your spatial awareness is slightly higher too to better pick dangerous targets as you draw your bow. Positioning can be more relaxed as a longbowman too as you’re not stuck in an animation when generally fighting.
Spike trap allows the team to traverse obstacles too to get to advantageous positions.
What you can do is play crossbowman and pick up a war bow from a dead archer and you’re golden. I have a video doing that and it’s great. You get the superior weapon and ability. A big benefit of the crossbow is the ease of use for new players but once you get good at shooting and positioning bow weapons and throwables even are superior.
A great siege crossbowman can be highly effective at dealing damage to footmen/knights but it’s high risk with not that much extra reward. They have a niche use against destructibles and are best used against the balistas at the reclamation of Montcrux.
firster than the other guy i swear
Haha firstest bro
what is your mouse sensitivity set in-game and outside? Mine is around 5 in-game and 1600 outside. Archer shots are kinda off from the targets for me.
My in-game is 5.01. My mouse DPI is either 400 or 800 depending on how I feel. I use a wireless 88 gram mouse on a control mousepad.
Projectiles are a bit wonky in this game. Usually the arrow is show from above the crosshair. My greatest advice for you is to focus on shooting where your target will be and not where they are standing. That means leading the target but also considering if they are about to launch and attack or if they are about to get hit by an attack. Enemies getting hit or about to throw out an attack are the perfect opportunities to hit them with your arrows.
Also consider shooting in enfilade. If you miss your shot there's a high chance or hitting someone else.
I saw the name Guts so unless there are multiple you are on EU servers but I have never seen you
I play OCE East server. Casual lobbies most of the time.
You need to be in the army in real life give you a sniper your kills 999999999 😂
Hahahaha. Being a sniper these days is too dangerous: it’s all about drone warfare now.
First
